    Name once when Khorne has negated something that was passively defensive. Not entirely sure if this counts or not but the passive powers of a psyker were nulled so that he wouldn't be able to sense that kharn was on his way to fight him iirc.

    The Swarmlord lost against Marneus Calgar in their rematch, and since Kharn has easily beat Azrael who is also a chapter master, I think reasonable to say Kharn is a higher degree of 5-A than the Swarmlord. There's also the fact that Khorne could nullify the Swarmlord's psychic attacks.

    Well its warp based and the warp is 12th dimensional so it would stand to reason a tier 5 wouldn't be able to resist its affects unless it has very specific resistances that would probably only be found in verse.
