    Normal size universe and the fire is normal fire, covering the entirety of the universe. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Observable_universe#Size for the universe size. I think it could potentially be done similarly to lighting up a universe or other fire feats. I just want an estimate.

    Also, Champ’s feat, while can be theoretically scaled to AP, is more of a durability feat that Champ does completely by accident and is completely unharmed by, meaning Lio’s best attack AP feat is weaker than something Champ tanked casually.
