Also, Champ’s feat, while can be theoretically scaled to AP, is more of a durability feat that Champ does completely by accident and is completely unharmed by, meaning Lio’s best attack AP feat is weaker than something Champ tanked casually.

So Champ No Sold a 9 Megajoule Impact on Accident. That's such a small difference between that and 9-A.
