I bet All For One is not gonna show up. He was just displayed symbolically, chances are Shigaraki wakes up and unleashes hell, cementing himself as the new symbol of havoc.
He was, to some degree. When he's about to use prominence burn, he says something like he needed to be at a distance in which he shouldn't completely wreck part of the city and kill bystanders.
Man, if Tokoyami manhandles Dabi too in 268, then it's possible that we'll end up seeing him upgraded to 8-A. (Though it's unlikely that he will because flames are a bad matchup for him)
Todoroki's Ice Speed, probably? Since he could block most of his attacks during the Sports Festival, we could use Bakugo's explosion speed to get the right timeframe for those.
I mean, considering Deku knows Bakugo's quirk inside and out, as well as his fighting style. It's far more likely that he was aim dodging by predicting his moves (which is his whole shtick).
Aldebaran was referring to a big bang in Seiya's cosmos. Cosmos, which are statedly scaled replications of the macrocosmos inside every individual, should not scale to the entire universe.
Considering it requires the full power of three gold saints to pull off an Athena Exclamation (which is...
Fair enough, yeah. If Edward can lock him down then Harry has nothing to but get succ. The chances of that happening are pretty damn slim, though.
In that case my vote goes to Potter.
He uses Cruciatus successfully in Book 7 a few more times against death eaters. Uses it against Snape in Book 6 when he's retreating after Dumbledore dies, but Severus easily deflects it (or interrupts him with non-verbal magic, one of the two, can't remember). He also uses Imperio in book 7...

Range: Planetary. Through protocol seven, Lain can be everywhere at the same time so as long as the Schumann Resonance exists.
Added an extra sentence bit...
Stomp thread. Lain is, at most, planetary. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KOpxP0Z3Dsg
She only has power where the wired exists, which is wherever the schumann resonances do, so Earth.
EDIT: nvm, if it's real world, Lain takes it because her power in the real world and wired is essentially...
Agreed. Also looking back at an earlier moment: Todoroki and Bakugo had no way to fight moonfish, and we're talking about the top 2 in the course (One of which had casual 8-B power at the time). The second Dark Shadow shows up, Moonfish gets overwhelmed.
I think Dark Environment Dark Shadow...
Whilst I agree with many of the ideas here. I would find it odd if we went through with the changes before revising the Original, canonical release, which Omega uses as a baseline to write over. I suggest putting a pin on discussing these changes until we go over SS original.
I like the direction you guys are aiming for at the moment.
I also agree with Kidkinsey, his abilities greatly diverge. He also gets a boost in range with his extremities. Regen, air manipulation powers, speed or whatnot.
I'd suggest having his last 3 keys and ratings as follows:
Low 7-C...
I don't understand why we're ruling out the post-training/konoha crush key. Naruto has had two instances of powering up between the Forest of Death and the Sasuke Retrieval arc.
He's 8-B during the opening of the chunnin exams, the entirety of the forest of death, the preeliminary rounds, THEN...
Not necessarily. Since one can easily be before the month training grace period (during which a big part of the cast powers up and gains significant abilities), and the other corresponding to the finals and the Konoha Crush, which takes place during the same day.
It was very clearly a typo, and you retaliated with a very obnoxious triviality before I edited it out like... eight seconds later. My point still stands over your head canon. Reread chapter 174.
He uses air force to fight Gentle and La Brava. Which literally points towards the fact that he was using 20% in short bursts. That's my point. He's doing so consciously.

On the topic of Sasuke vs The Bear, and judging by the anime's depiction of that same moment. I doubt the calc highballs it in any shape or form, in fact - the given speed at which it's moving is 10mph, and by it's sheer size, I doubt it'd be -much-...
Isn't it heavily implied that Deku uses 20% in short bursts anyway? Like, Air-Force straight out needs him to use a higher yield of OFA to be effective.
As far as I remember, High End didn't successfuly tank a single attack by Endeavor, every jet of fire pretty much blasted straight through. His regen was just too powerful.
He didn't use kyubi chakra to do the rasengan without clones in the fight against Kabuto. Him using clones is just a commodity, since he's the greatest Kage Bunshin user in the entire lore of the verse, and doing so is pretty much seamless.
Byakugou Sakura stomps. Naruto's baseline regen from borrowed tailed chakra (it wasn't even KN0) was enough to mitigate the full effect of the 64 palms in part one, and this technique is constantly depicted as incomparably stronger.
Also, Katsuyu summoning can easily keep her on her feet...
Look, man. You're constantly disagreeing with anything that hints towards a revision that could end in a downgrade without giving proper feedback on why you think their logic is faulty, not only that but you've been particularly rude in past exchanges aswell.
For reference on how toxic you're...
He did get stomped pretty bad, but mainly because a) Kabuto was a lot faster, and b) his ankle gets crushed by Orochimaru's summoning jutsu earlier . He also definitely restrained him effectively to land the technique, to the point where he couldn't escape his grip (and it was a complete one...
Not really.
KN0 makes his nails and fangs grow, his eyes become slitted. He overall goes berserk, too. Like against the Boa, the first leg of the fight against Sasuke, Haku or Kimmimaro. Nothing suggests that it was KN0.
