My Hero Academia Plus Ultra Discussion Thread #11

Hope that doesn't happen tbh, I don't mind if he crippled her or something but I want her to survive; explicitly because I need her to meet Bakugo.
 
I mean, they killed Twice... some Heroes need to die and I don't think she has the plot armor, I mean she's a relatively minor character, so I don't expect her to live this arc
 
I'm not saying all the heroes should survive, I fully don't expect someone like that shied hero dude to last, but Mirko specifically Id like to see survive. I just want a situation where the pros are forced into hiding and have lost a good portion of their fighting strength facilitating the need to train the students faster and harder. With a few heroes taking specific interest in certain students, Endeavour with Shouto and Mirko with Bakugo specifically. They'd just play well off each other.

Well also take into account Bone has a shit load of money (thanks to the movie) means means AMAZING budget + it was the last episode so they said "*** it might as well"
 
tbh most things get added in as extra due to animation, imo we should count it but due to rules of this site they view them as non canon :/
 
I mean it more so expands on scenes from the manga rather than outright contradicting things. In the manga his attack was aimed upwards at a diagonal angle in chapter 190, and in chapter 191 when we get a clear shot of the sky over Endeavor, Hawks, Hood's body, Dabi, and Miruko when she comes down from above, there aren't any clouds in the sky immediately above them.

I mean it's a long shot, but the anime and manga don't necessarily contradict. Would be fun if someone calcs it just to see the result it yields though

Unless this wasn't in the manga, Enji should also have Class 25 Lifting Strength since he was able to physically clash and tussle with one of the Hosu Nomu, with that Nomu in particular being able to flip a bus over.

Just looked at the manga, and he didn't clash with a Nomu. It changed scenes before anything really happened, so we couldn't see if Enji did that. But, there is still a bus flipped over when we cut back to the Nomu.

The scene with the Hosu Nomu causing destruction, with an overturned bus, was in Chapter 51.

Here, the Black Hosu Nomu presumably lifted the truck.

Here, Enji managed to grab ahold of the Nomu's neck, halting its momentum even though it was reaching out and trying to grab him.

Also, Enji punched the Black Nomu and blew him back a considerable amount. There was a hint of fire, so I don't know if this could go into a physical tier.
 
Man, if Tokoyami manhandles Dabi too in 268, then it's possible that we'll end up seeing him upgraded to 8-A. (Though it's unlikely that he will because flames are a bad matchup for him)
 
190 is where you should start if you're going to read the manga after watching the anime.

Hey guys so I just read Vigilantes and it's pretty good and I stumbled upon maybe a good feat. Apparently All Might traveled between Hokkaido and Roppongi in few minutes I'm pretty sure. Is this a good speed feat ?
 
The distance between Hokkaido and Roppongi is 1 283.6 km

Assuming it took All Might 2 minutes to travel from Hokkaido and Roppongi, his speed would be 10696.7 m/s or Mach 31 which is High Hypersonic.
 
I'm pretty sure Vigilantes has way more feats in general but most of us here kinda just forget about it so I'm trying to see if there are anymore feats like this.

He was, to some degree. When he's about to use prominence burn, he says something like he needed to be at a distance in which he shouldn't completely wreck part of the city and kill bystanders.
