Byakugou Sakura stomps. Naruto's baseline regen from borrowed tailed chakra (it wasn't even KN0) was enough to mitigate the full effect of the 64 palms in part one, and this technique is constantly depicted as incomparably stronger.

Also, Katsuyu summoning can easily keep her on her feet. Overall a much larger chakra pool (via the seal) can make her outlast Hinata, not to say she can probably just one-shot her if she gets a hit in. Whilst Hinata would need several and it still wouldn't guarantee her the upper hand.

Sakura probably outsmarts, too.
