    Thinking about it a smidge more, I'm more fine with it thinking of the route like "The calc has them with four sea teas dodging at Mach 8.74, and we're just upscaling that since Sans/Flowey blitz late-game Frisk". That sort of ~15% jump is around the upper edge of what I'd accept, but isn't anything to get upset about really.

    I believe DB gets to use its speed amps consistently since they're stated. They're a surprisingly uncommon case in that regard.

    and yes, I did once try to downgrade that until evidence of them being stated was provided

    Honestly, as the Sea Tea always increased x2 here, we can't assume it arbitrairly makes stuff go lower sometimes for the sake of getting low end, even if you look foolish at it.

    It's a game multiplier after all.

    FYI I won't make any CRT regarding it, I gave ya the info to guide you at doing it instead. The only reason why I broke my hiatus is the MHS downgrade, but after that I'll be gone.

    Just know that 8-B won't be acceptable given that the gap is too large.

    But I have a question.
    Would Frisk at LV 20 count as if their soul was at their peak (without counting 2-B Frisk)?
    Would LV 20 Frisk be High 7-C?

    In Asriel´s fight when you are dealing with the Lost Souls, Alphys can do 3 damage to Frisk. This would make her comparable to Snowdin's enemies like Gyftrot. (She deals more damage than Ruins Monsters and some Snowdin monsters.)

    Do you think using the feats when they are as Lost Souls counts for scaling the characters, or it shouldn't count because they were affected by Asriel?

    Lost Souls stuff is completely irrelevant because Frisk was 2-B there.

    That answers your question.

    Also you're forgetting that there's a random factor that influences damage, I remember sometimes Froggit dealing 5 damage and other times 2.

    I mean, the bomb has 1 ATK, so even if it couldn't kill Frisk it would still damage them a bit.
    Mettaton was probably overreacting when he said the bomb would kill them because he is Mettaton, but I guess it still counts because of it still has 1 ATK and because everything else is fine?

    Basically, if Hyper goner destroyed the timeline, why is there a dialouge that says "the whole world is ending" right afterwards? Is this just an inconsistency? Asriel still refers to the world as "this world" after the hypergoner aswell

    Hey, could you explain some things on Undertale speed scaling to me? I know you are a good expert on it. Why does this calculation assume lightning is real electricity and not magical? "Likely" real electricity that we see from Mettaton works far differently and there are no clear statements that it is electricity (unless I missed something), which is why it is quite questionable to me. I know one of his dialogues are “Thunder!” and its entire deal is speeding up Frisk’s movement after being touched by an attack, but shouldn’t this be Lightning Speed (MHS+) and not just Electricity Speed (Supersonic). And, is this taken into account? It wouldn’t change the speed tier, but it kinda upscales the value ig.

    Also sorry if this was addressed somewhere or I missed something in the game, but I checked the CRT where Vulkin-involved speed calc was involved, but I didn’t find anything besides “it was said it was electricity” from OP, and I rechecked Vulkin several times and it doesn’t really say “electricity”, only “thunder”. So in case I missed something, it’s just me being dumb.

    Tbh it’s absurd asf, this is literally fiction as Nierre said, we have characters at FTL and above without having imaginary mass or anything weird like that. It also means I will use MHS+ Undertale outside of VSBW. And what about Frisk’s soul being 25% faster against Sans?

    And, uh, while we are here, doesn’t EE working on Bill’s mindscape form kinda contradict his NEP? If not, it should be mentioned in Dipper’s profile that he can interact even with non-existent mind via memory-erasing gun ig.
