Thinking that Frisk would be still slower than the likes of Undyne and Asgore coz "muh calc" is definitely not something that I'd like.

Plus, if we go by the MHS+ values, Photoshop Flowey and Sans would be Sub-Relativistic, as according to the former's profile, he's able to blitz Sans. Plus:
  • Sans is >x2 Frisk in speed, who is above 3848.4, making Sans above Mach 7696.8
  • Sub-Relativistic is Mach 8740.3, which is x1.135 above the x2 value

Why would they be slower than Undyne and Asgore in that case?

And no, that scaling is invalid. Frisk with sea tea using MHS+ is Mach 5302, which is way too far off Sub-rel for upscaling from blitzing to reach.

We can't derive multipliers from observation of feats and use them in other cases, that's just calc stacking. We do a thing that looks like that with the sea tea, but that's just taking a shortcut for measuring it when we already know how it effects the battle system (although this does kinda make me wanna go and check it, since our source being an uncited part of another wiki seems really sus).

Because they'd be scaled to the speed they showcased against Tsunderplane (Mach 3ish), while Asgore/Undyne instead upscale from Tsundeplane (Mach 5).

Ah okay. Putting aside my concern over treating Asgore/Undyne as blitzing those sorts of characters (since iirc Undyne may actually have a statement implying they do), we could just chuck Frisk to Mach 5 at that point, I just wouldn't add a multiplier afterwards, and stick sea tea to a Mach 8.74 bump.

Definitely not ok, as there you'd be saying that x2 instead is x1.75, which would be super weird.

We gotta go off feats sometimes. Sometimes a character's feats will show an amp making them travel twice as far, but we're not allowed to multiply any future speed feats by that amount whenever they use that amp in the future. Sometimes that will lead to the amp giving a smaller/greater jump in different parts of the series.

I can get how that seems weird, but our Multipliers page explains and justifies it.

Are you perhaps saying that Goku has x50 with SSJ only against Frieza? Because that's where you're leading at.
