    Hey Lephyr, I'd like to ask you something (Star Wars).

    I'm trying to find some calculation or something to know the heat value of the lightsaber.

    A friend of mine sent me this (3726,85ºC - 19726,85 ºC) about plasma. Can I make a CRT using the average temperature of this (~11,000°C) as a middle ground for the value of the lightsaber? Or do I have to get a concrete calculation?

    If you don't know, could you consult a member of the calculation staff and tell me?

    There is no such thing as an average. There is no upper limit for how hot plasma can be and the lower limit... well, the article you linked talks about plasma with room temperature gas.
    In any case, an average would already be unsuitable because... it's like looking at liquid water and assuming it must be 50°C, because water has temperatures between 0°C and 100°C.
