I'm seeing a lot of people saying that Machine God Miller is at least mid dragon, if not high dragon...

Where is this idea that Machine God Miller is blatantly superior to other dragons coming from? The only non-a-class individuals he's fought are baby Rover and Suiko...

I guess there's a meta that Suiko >> Suiryu and that current Rover = old Rover but...
there's no guarantee that Suiryu would have beaten Bakuzan, who is consensus one of the weakest dragons out there
And even while at 100% HP Rover's attack potency is only high for a dragon IF we use the Bang and Bomb "we're unharmed" statement to chainscale (he didn't kill a version of Garou who got stabbed by Royal Ripper).

If both were true he could mayyyybe be a mid-dragon because he's low-diffing someone about as strong as Bakuzan (Suiko)... but I honestly think the fact that Suiko is like 7 years younger than Suiryu and has grown up in total isolation makes her weaker than Suiryu despite training more for the past couple years.

Maybe because he can easily destroy the upgraded HA, which tanked Boros’ ship attack. At least to me, that’s not something a low Dragon can do.

That's probably the best argument, but I haven't seen the people claiming he is a high dragon using that as a reason.

I've seen: "he effortlessly beat a bunch of A-class heroes and tanked getting hit by a train"

Taken out of context, 90% of demons could do that. I also don't like people assuming that Suiko is way stronger than Suiryu, she's trained more but she's young and has no combat experience- at best she's the same level of power because she's more skilled.

Rn the only information of the cosmology we have (retcons aside), afaik, is the possible existence of an infinite multiverse via Genos' explanation, the "Another Dimension" where we've seen Blast and the beasts, the dimension God is in we've seen when Saitama touched the cube, and the parallel timeline of High School we saw in an audiobook.

I haven't read anything past Sweet Mask arc, tho. So there may be new information I don't know about
