Haxes
So here I will address some of the haxes in Altair's page, which I think may require some explanations. Evidence is already linked to the profile, so I won't always add scans:
- Acausality Type 5: Pretty short and simple and I have already explained this here in my blog. Her true form/real self cannot be perceived or interacted with directly and is described as being an independent existence which is Infinite, Eternal, and Unchanging, that does not follow any narrative or laws while still transcending causality. This nature of her is why Meteora theorized in the beginning that Altair transcended the yoke of her world (Yoke being causality and laws) and succeeded in doing all the world collision shenanigans. Moreover, this is why she has to create an avatar, a "Physical Image", which interacts with the world and is unfazed even when attacked or distorted, since her true form cannot be interacted with at all. One might question how her strength keeps changing, or how new powers are added to her if she is truly unchanging. The answer to that is also very simple. The collective will of the people ties to the Imaginative Force, which then increases the strength of her holopsicon or powers. Moreover, new powers are not added to her, it gets added to her Holopsicon, and even then, they are all added because of the Imaginative Force. That is, these are all feats for the Imaginative Force messing with her rather than an anti-feat of Altair being an acausal type 5.
- Beyond Dimensional Existence Type 1: This is because of the fact that Altair is an independent existence and does not at all belong to any Universe or Story, even the Real World. Due to such a unique existence, she should be completely devoid of any spatiotemporal features, as she is not part of any world or its spacetime. This is also why she needs physical avatars to interact with the real world.
- Logic Manipulation: This one needs a bit of explanation. Basically, the laws of the real world maintain reason and order as something that's rational and does not allow contradictions to exist. These contradictions are essentially illogical things that oppose the reason/logic of the real world, such as creations from the storyworlds. As such, the Laws of the Real World will be "P" while the Creations or Contradictions will be "not-P". If contradictions were to exist in the real world, the Restorative Power of the Real World would quickly try to "make sense" of them and nullify them to make them logical. This is especially shown when the Restorative Power of the Real World was able to instantly nullify Meteora at the end of the series when she was left alone as the only creation in the real world. However, if creations continue to arrive at such a rate that the Restorative Power of the Real World would fail to "make sense" of them, then everything would end as "P" and "not-P" would negate each other. Case in point, when Setsuna was revived as a creation, she wanted to die because if she didn't, then everything would end. Altair's ability, the 23rd Movement, is stated to make the reason of the world non-existent, and rebuilds it to allow this contradiction. In fact, the very kanji used here is "理", which means Reason, Principle, and/or Logic.
- Invisibility, Limited Nonexistent Physiology (1 Layer - Nature Type 2, All Aspects) & Paraconsistent Physiology (Type 2): I have already explained this well in the profile and also the whole thing about Oblivion's nature in this thread, but in case people have trouble understanding the justification properly, I will explain this here. Basically, as we know, information forms everything in the verse, including Non-existence itself. So when Altair was erased by Sirius for the first time, she regenerated herself quickly. During the time she was erased, it only caused a contradiction in the birdcage reality, implying her disappearance did affect reality. However, even then, she had an "Existence Coefficient" value. Now, when Sirius finally used the 66th Movement to change and swallow her completely, Altair's Existence Coefficient value went almost zero, and became completely zero later on, even when Altair 2.0/Sirius Reborn came back. This showcases 2 things: Firstly, Sirius's erasure erased Altair harder than her previous erasure, as it forced the existence coefficient value to completely go 0. Secondly, even when the existence coefficient value was 0, Altair was able to act as a Nonexistent being and possess Sirius. Now, some people might bring up this scan to say that Altair possessed Sirius before she was erased, and thus she came back. Well, no, this is not correct. While Meteora made a deduction on how things went, it was not entirely factual. You see, if Altair actually possessed Sirius before her erasure, then her existence coefficient value would never become 0 in the first place. It would have actually shown some value instead of staying 0, even after Altair came back. Additionally, not only does the Guidebook call her Sirius Reborn instead of Altair, but the extra information it gives states that Altair did not possess her right before getting erased, but that she was erased and then was resurrected by the Collective Audience Approval, implying they enabled her to function even as a Non-existent entity, during which she found a possibility for becoming Sirius and then took over. Which is why when Altair comes back, Meteora says that it is "not really Altair" since this is a new entity different from the Original Altair.
Layers
So here I will address the explanation for the layers on Altair's profile. Evidence is already linked to the profile, so I won't always add scans. Please note that I am using Holopsicon's feats as well as Sirius and Altair's feats, as they are the same type of entity with the same powers and whatnot:
- Information and Conceptual Manipulation (1 Layer): Essentially, Altair has baseline resistance to both of these abilities, as her character description cannot be messed with, and she resisted getting her concept attacked by Selesia's Ionion Aphoria. Yet the Holopsicon allowed Sirius to overwrite her, thereby bypassing her baseline resistances.
- Plot Manipulation (1 Layer): So, when the meteora created the Birdcage, the creators were in charge of controlling the plot and were controlling how things would go. This would be the baseline plot hax. However, they still could not control Altair, and immediately afterwards, Altair hijacked the birdcage with her own plot manipulation, making the creators lose control over it despite having control over the plot before. They could not override her at all, and thus, she would have one layer of Plot Hax.
- Existence Erasure & Deconstruction (1 Layer): When the restorative power of the world tried to attack Altair, it tried to erase her and throw her out, but all it did was tear the physical image apart at its seams and distort the image. It even erased the fake Gigas Machina that Altair created. This shows that Altair has a baseline resistance to EE and Deconstruction. However, when Sirius tried to erase Altair initially, Altair was capable of resisting it until Sirius's erasure overpowered her, which makes the EE and Deconstruction be 1 layer above baseline.
- Power Nullification (2 Layers): This is because Altair survived the Real World, which nullifies the creation, and was not affected. Additionally, the creators cannot nullify Altair at all. So all in all, this gives her baseline resistance to powernull. However, a special ability of Selesia's Vogelchevalier was able to nullify Altair. This would be 1 Layer of Powernull. However, Altair was able to evolve and break out of this powernull, and this will give her 1 layer of resistance to powernull. Yet despite all of this, Sirius was able to negate her resistances and bypass these layers with her 66th Movement, which makes the Powernull 2 layers.
- Acausality Negation (1 Layer): This is because the restorative power of the real world nullifies whatever acausal nature and other supernatural natures of the creations that ignore reason and logic. However, it failed to negate Altair even though she was existing alone for months in the real world. This would give her baseline resistance. Despite this, Sirius's 66th movement affected Altair on a fundamental level and was stated to "Change" her despite the changeless nature of Altair. So this will give the 66th movement 1 layer above baseline acausality negation.
- Nonexistent Physiology (1 Layer of NEP2): Already explained this above, but let me explain again. Basically, the 9th movement of Holopsicon erases information and plot, and we know that information forms everything, including the Void Realm of Chaos (NEP 1). As such, when Altair was erased initially by Sirius, she became NEP 2 briefly and came back quickly via her regeneration. This would be a baseline level of NEP 2. But yet, this was still registered as part of creation because she had an Existence Coefficient value. However, when Altair was hit by the 66th movement, she was erased so hard that her Existence Coefficient went completely 0, thereby implying she was not at all part of creation anymore and has rather become part of the emptiness of Oblivion. This will be 1 layer of NEP 2.
- Resistance to Power Nullification (2 Layers): As I explained above, Holopsicon has 2 layers of Powernull. When Sirius was able to negate Altair's resistances and bypass these layers with her 66th Movement, Altair was unable to act or do anything until Sirius erased her completely. However, as I explained, Altair was able to act as a Nonexistent Entity and possessed Sirius despite initially being unable to use her powers. This suggests that she has overcome the powernull and thus will gain another layer of resistance and make it 2 layers of resistance to powernull.
- Resistance to Plot Manipulation (1 Layer): As I explained above, Altair has 1 layer above baseline plot hax. However, this failed to control when Sirius was introduced, and Sirius was even successful in defeating Altair. This makes her resistant to 1 layer of plot hax. So, because Sirius is a reflection of Altair with the same powers, Altair will also have the same resistance. This goes hand in hand with statements about how creators cannot create a story to control and defeat Altair.
- Resistance to Sealing (1 Layer): This one is easy. Altair escaped from Selesia's Ionion Aphoria dimension, which was meant to trap her inside it. This will give her a baseline resistance to sealing. However, when Selesia questions why Altair didn't escape the birdcage if she can escape her dimension, Altair says she is not strong enough at that point. This means that the Birdcage has 1 layer above baseline sealing. Later, when Altair became strong enough as Altair 2.0/Sirius Reborn, she was going to end the story and escape the Birdcage. Thus, this will imply Altair gaining 1 layer above baseline resistance to sealing as Altair 2.0/Sirius Reborn.
- The other resistance layers are mainly because of her reactive evolution.

, just s minor nitpick, for the reasoning for the BDE Type 1- I could see where you're getting at thanks to the blogs linked for the acausality reasoning earlier, but I would rewrite the reasoning in the OP a little since it just looks like a strong abstract existence at face value.
