So in EP 19, Rui Kanoya uses his Gigas Machina's full power to create a giant barrier (called "Reflector Field") that was able to crush and destroy both the Vogelchevaliers. Feat Happens here (Precisely at 1:30). This was Calcd to be 7-C or Town level in size. This is both a Range+AP feat. Range because it can expand up to that size and AP since:a) Kanoya uses this as a Last Resort and which expands all his Mecha's energy to the point it became useless in the Battle.
b) When previously Kanoya used Reflector Field against both Charon's Vogelchevalier and Aliceteria, it wasn't helpful as it was small. However, in his last resort, he used all his Mecha's energy to create a giant Reflector Field that completely crushed and destroyed both Selesia's and Charon's Vogelchevalier (that could previously harm Gigas Machina without a normal Reflector Field).
So basically, Kanoya will get an extra rating of "7-C at Full Power". Additionally, this rating also scales to two individuals. The first one being Altair for making a perfect copy of Gigas Machina in EP 10, in addition to being more powerful than all the Creations present within the Birdcage event and was even stated by Mirokuji to be capable of Erasing them all. The second one is Aliceteria who, in her Amped Form, could destroy the sword shields erected by Altair that no other creation in the Birdcage was able to bypass.
