Re:Creators CRT #3.5 - Layers

I was thinking about tackling this subject before we move on to the final CRT, which involves haxes and profile revision, instead of posting all in one thread and making a convoluted mess of things, so here we are. Now, from all my previous CRTs (as well as my blog), we have found some interesting stuff about "Information":

• Information in the verse refers to "Bits" or Binary Digits i.e., 1 & 0 or True and False. It forms quite literally everything in creation, including existence, nothingness/chaos, concepts, laws & logic & reason, reality, space-time & dimensions, mind & soul, narrative causality, fate, possibilities, etc.
• Now, there is a significant difference between the information content of Story Worlds and the Real World. Everything in the Real World feels deep, not just because information is abundant in the Real World, but also because the information in the Real World is "Multi-Layered" in nature, where even trivial pieces of information are so complex that they cannot be represented by a single number.
• In fact, this difference is stated by Meteora to be "Several Orders of Magnitude" which allows the information to create possibilities and, in turn, those possibilities become entire worlds.
• As a matter of fact, the novel depicts the difference as so great that even the worlds of Meteora, which have enough information to create other worlds, is nothing more than a painting on a canvas when compared to the Real World.
• This showcases that there is a difference in layers between the nature of the Information in Real World compared to the Story Worlds.

As such, anyone who is capable of manipulating the Information of the Real World (only Altair) will get layered information manipulation. How many layers? It is stated to be "Several Orders of Magnitude" in difference. So several being > 2 or 3 which is = 4 and Orders of Magnitude being 10^x, and thus, it will be 10,000 Layers (ig).

Don't think layers are qualitative leaps. Maybe this will be a potency increase as per the upcoming new Layering. But I will wait for the admins/experts.

If this is simply "Greater Potency" then will this be listed as "Greater Information Manipulation" if x character were to manipulate the information of the Real World?
