Just got back into watching Kamen Rider again and I gotta say Geats kicks a lot of ass. I also watched a bit of Zeztz too and that one's pretty good too.
What Kamen Rider should I get into? Besides Geats and Zeztz, I've already seen Kuuga, Agito, Kiva, and a lot of Ryuki (ongoing, but I'm very lazy on it

(scratches the head) Related to the original quote, there's no way I'm going to find a complete series for Robocon (even having more episodes than '71 Riders). But heck, I've seen profiles with not everything taken account for and some oddball shows could be appreciated.

Likely 1-A or higher, since it's said he's been bestowed the powers of those that are 1-A or higher in general.
03 would not scale to him because we can't simply scale characters to 1-A due to the implemented rules.

Didn't they became zero three thank to zero two card ( which at least scale to ridewatches )that came from zein ?

Key difference between Tsumuri and Ace is that Tsumuri didn't actually ascend like Ace did, so no.

To my understanding of the original timeline of Zi-O, from Oma day to 2068, there were no new riders appearing. 2068 Oma only had access to all riders Pre-Oma day.
The web page of 2068 Oma just refers to riders up to the Heisei Era.
IIRC some different version of Oma exists in the new timeline that new riders are now allowed to appear.

Yes, the current Oma continues to exist because the possibility of the current Sougo becoming him is not zero.
So the current Oma would still have the abilities until 2068, but I believe that according to this logic, it could be argued beyond 2068 since this "limit" theoretically no longer exists.
But it's best to wait for more knowledgeable members because, as far as I know, the reason is the 2068 thing.

We see Saber ridewatch (Saber is a Reiwa rider) in Zi-O vs Decade (Decade also had Zero-One's powers, who is also a Reiwa rider). All Ridewatches originate from Ohma.

Decade VS Zi-O has a different version of Oma Zi-O in this new timeline. He's not the same 2068 Oma.
In this new timeline, new riders didn't stop coming.

Fixed, beside you don't have to worry about the limitation of Heisei, it's just Geiz way explanation of the reality of Ohma Zi-O's time that doesn't have any rider beside him and Geiz but in fact the existence of Shinobi, Quiz or Kikai of 2121 which Sougo let them to exist beyond the year 2068 has already proven the otherwise
