The extra chapter seems to be a long one, 30 page or something? (Dr.Kuseno finding Genos in rubbles, asking him to not get scared???)

Why do the two famous OPM fan comics always depict God as some higher-dimensional being, especially the first one(cminglap)? Where did the author get that idea, since as far as I know we barely know anything about God’s status?

To make a overpowered character, not because they know.
And it turns out God is/was a higher-dimensional being, at least in the retconned chapters. Makes me feel like the author took that concept from cminglap/fan comics.

Not really, Those were from Murata for sure, unrelated to those comics.

He should not not scale to Gouketsu due to that reasoning tbf. Saitama from before the Gouketsu fight couldn't differ from his yesterday's full power (>What he showed against Boros) and fodder he one punches.

Best you could argue he still does due to being proclaimed as a High Dragon by, iirc, Murata.

I have a question, why the hell don't we scale Boros above Orochi based on Saitama, when we use the same argument dynamics to scale him above Gouketsu???
Saitama has defeated Gouketsu/Cadre level characters before. Boros being the strongest enemy up to that point makes him scale.

But we don't know if he fought Orochi level character, so he doesn't scale to him.

Ain't that talking about the candres S class fought in MA, not Gouketsu? Gouketsu was also one punched by Saitama without any hero but Genos noticing how strong he was

This leaves me with more questions. Where does the evidence come from that Orochi isn't included with the others? The scene in the panel occurs after Orochi's defeat. Is there anywhere that says Orochi isn't included with the other members of the monster association?

Cadres like Homeless Emperor scale to Gouketsu.

The panel specifically refers to the ones S-Class heroes fight.

The panel is talking the fear S class heroes feel due to fighting a strong threat, which the narrator compares to other threats of the same level Saitama fought and defeated in the past. To sum it up, it's:
S class: Omg! These enemies are stronger than anything else we've fought so far!
Narrator: Actually, Saitama already defeated enemies as strong or stronger than these. But he didn't mention it so no one ended up knowing.

Orochi is not included because no S class hero was fighting/fought against him.
