Based only in the visuals since I don't understand japanese, it seems like the clown can come alive as long as he has those balloons. Kinda like Mario Bros' lifes: one balloon pops up when he dies and he revives. Basically a nerfed version of Phoenix Man ability. It has been long since I read that part of the WC so tbh I don't remember how it worked there.
100% agree. It is tiresome to see Tatsumaki and Fubuki in covers of chapters that don't even contain them. Just put Amai Mask in a swimsuit instead. Or make a joke cover with how Amai Mask wished Saitama was as a hero

We want variety of characters. Not just endless pics of Tatsumaki and Fubuki. What sense does it make for Fubuki to be the art of a chapter that introduces Empty Void? Or Tatsumaki to be the pic of a chapter where the story of the Ninja Village is introduced?
This one at least has Saitama and Rover, characters that do appear on the character. But imo it'd be better a cool cover with Empty Void or something, given the whole point of the chapter is him getting out of God's control.
This one is perfect. The whole focus of the chapter is Suiryu, so Suiryu is the cover. Every cover should be like this: 2 or 3 characters are the main focus of the chapter, so put some/all of them in the cover. Not a sexualized waifu that has nothing to do with it.

What did I say? Murata is such a gooner who only views Fubuki as an object. So sick and tired of these dumb cover pages. This one was especially bad. She's barely wearing anything and the swimsuit looks so lewd. He's not even trying to hide how horny he is anymore. Like we get it, Fubuki is hot. But tone it down man. 0 class as an artist. Purely thinking with his sausage.
