Hey, I noticed something.
Currently, Boros upscales to Gouketsu because Saitama couldn't discern if Gouketsu was strong or not, unlike with Boros.
Saitama couldn't discern if Gouketsu was strong or not because it only took one punch to kill him (as he himself stated)
Problem is, the Saitama who fought Gouketsu is posterious to the events of VGS, and rn it is accepted that said Saitama can one punch yesterday full power Saitama (who should be <=Full Power Saitama at the time of Boros' fight). So… wouldn't said scaling be invalid, then?

Boros is narratively "Above Dragon" though, i don't think it makes much difference. Though the reasoning is different, yeah.
It's not necessarily accepted as one shot value each day (still don't understand why)

I think we do not scale Threat levels anymore, besides MA ones because they are strictly based in PL
Idk how we treat WOG ones, though. Though I doubt threats are given to specific forms, which is the case of Boros scaling to Gouketsu
Yeah, that's why I specifically said that Gouketsu is post VGS while Boros' fight is pre VGS, meaning we know there is indeed that "Saitama can casually one shot his other Full Power self" between them

I think it's because of how HQ is sometimes wrong about it.
But Narrator stated ones and especially the ones stated by Murata and One should be fine.

Since you know and are active, I want to ask here (instead of q/a), how strong is Garou's Power Mimicry? For example, do you think he can copy Shibai from Naruto or Yhwach's AP from Bleach? How much can he get?

He can copy physical AP.
For the other abilities or their AP, he can copy them as long as they work via universal forces etc.
Edit : He can copy any finite level of power.

It all just depends on the timeframe. In the calc we current use the KE end uses 5 seconds and got like 4.76 zettatons

Although for the Orochi feat to have a value upgrade, the time required would probably have to be 60 seconds or less, any longer than that the KE value would be lower than the PE feat.
