He gets stronger when he's injured or the situation is worse etc etc. his fighting spirit grows. So it's situational, based on the damage he takes and the feelings he has.

Why does saitama not have space time manipulation he literally punches right through the time stream technique aside he still had to physically punch into future he wanted to change like these fighters are capable of interacting with space time blast can do it and saitama is better then blast in every conceivable way possible

I hope one day to see a page dedicated to the opm webcomic with profiles and calcs, it would be very interesting in my opinion and then I don't see any reason not to do it especially seeing how many other verses have pages on other different media besides the canonical manga like live action
