I figure you were expecting him to have more offensive raw strength, explodey type feats? Yeah, I was hoping we would get some of that in this fight too.

Frankly I'm happy with the redraws so far; the insane multiversal powers, Dimension Slash, convoluted God plot felt like too much tacked onto what was a pretty simple and straightforward webcomic arc.

I didn't mind all of the crazy stuff, but I would sacrifice all of that in a heartbeat if it meant the story and art was better, which the redraws have been doing, so I'm happy.

Also those feats didn't even add anything that strong tbh, I mean dimensional slash was space manipulation and could be dodged so it wasn't a big deal and as for his tier he wasn't even universal/multiversal, he just scaled to Blast(4-A) and probably he will still scale to blast.

Chapter was pretty short but good, I wonder if we really are going for the off-screen one punch or not... That said, it seems Blast will also be waiting for Void in Sonic's house so they probably get to fight a little before Saitama interrupts

I'm not sure where they will fit Blast into all this. Seemingly things may progress as in the webcomic where we get...
A) Flashy Flash vs. Sonic - in the woods
B) Heavenly Ninja Party Fight - in the woods
C) Empty Void waits for their return - at Sonic's place
D) Blast confronts Empty Void - at Sonic's place
E) Saitama KOes Empty Void - at Sonic's place
Sonic lives in a city that must be at least partially inhabited so any Blast vs Empty Void fight in the area risks destroying everything. Logically they could expand the fight by going extradimensional but so far the redraws have tried to limit that God stuff and all the things that make Blast... Blast-ey.
In any case Saitama is heading directly to Empty Void's place so with the more grounded feel of the arc I imagine we have to have some A) hax that takes the fight elsewhere and B) prevents Saitama from casually one-shotting Void pretty early into any confrontation with Blast, C) collateral damage.
In this situation, Flashy Flash and Sonic may straight up not fight Empty Void. This will require the Heavenly Ninja Fight and Flashy Flash to act more like a main course so they can get their narrative kicks... and less like an appetizer to Void vs. Blast.

I love how, even though Boros is literally braindead and probably has little to no energy left compared to his peak, it’s still enough to shock even current Genos, who thought it was impossible to measure and believed letting such an organism run amok in the world was dangerous. And he's the first being to survived a direct hit from the shockwave of Saitama Serious Punch (with literally no energy left) and who could wipe and kill all of humanity with a SINGLE attack, a feat that puts him above everyone in the verse aside from Garou. The GOAT.
If not for him sending Saitama to the moon (a feat a certain green haired character could only dream of), we wouldn’t have gotten the God Eyes, and we wouldn't have gotten a much stronger building of Hero Association. Thanks to him.
Had to say this because a certain dude clearly can’t stop downplaying and thinking about the GOAT.

Monster Association Key Iaian is potentially outspeeding released Boros: Iaian's High Hypersonic Speed vs. his at least Supersonic+
And pumped up Metal Bat (vs. Sage Centipede, before Resonance) could potentially splatter Meteoric Burst Boros with a single hit: Metal Bat's up to continent level vs. his at least country level
This scaling isn't going to look right to me until ONE finally makes another powerscaling statement about Boros in 2035 and clarifies something like "released Boros is ten times faster than Platinum S and five times stronger than Perfect Fist Garou, while Meteoric Burst is as physically strong as 4-armed Garou's Extreme Fa Jin"

Boros interacting with non-Saitama characters is really going to clarify where he falls in the scaling. I presume Metal Knight's heavy duty (non Boros) material + Genos's scaling + any number of other characters (Orochified Drive Knight?) will give us solid clues.
Bonus points if a nerfed, damaged Boros (weaker than Released) returns from this Genos blast and gives him one hell of a fight before hopefully rejoining the series as his own character (and not just an MK puppet).

SMH Recon you need to go back and redraw the Boros arc and get this problem fixed ASAP.
Go and write it so Boros says stuff like "My released drop kick is 17x stronger than the force required to destroy a 1,000+ kilometer centipede and 9 million times stronger than a meteor that could destroy a large city district and outlying towns!" in the middle of the Saitama fight.

It's weird how Earth always has the universe-altering entities trapped inside it within these cosmoses that likely have thousands, if not millions of intelligent species inhabiting countless light years that could also be the chosen ones of the universe.
More stories should have the eldritch-locus of the universe planet be on some planet billions of light years away inhabited by an alien race that nobody in the milky way has ever heard of.

Sage and EOW scaling to Psykorochi argument:
God seemingly just identified Saitama after Saitama touches the cube. He identified that Saitama broke free from the limiter he gave. Its pretty much synonymous to "the fist that turned against God" so he has not have much of an idea of how strong Saitama is. . So scaling any monster beyond Psykorochi is not applicable.

Dimensional travel punches. Space punches. Copying God's abilities (space-time manipulation, reality warping, etc). Really good non-physical interaction.
Other than that, not much tbh. I mostly see him as the guy that'll just resist all the hax used on him.

yeah the best for Saitama is to give him a multitude of resistances.
I also thought about haxes that can be mixed with punches, like soul damage, or something like that.
