No he doesn’t you have to prove he knows exactly how powerful boros is and that he isn’t over wanking his own strength which OPM characters are known to do especially when we know meteoric Burst is a trump card power up that he doesn’t show off to others so why would they know of his power ? Let alone his release state which is above his base that he literally put armor to seal his strength cause he was to strong

The literal implication is that the alien in question who scales to Boros is weaker than the forbidden ancient weapons and is using them to minimize risk of failure. No one besides Saitama directly scales to them.

No one has seen Boros final form or pushed him to his utmost limit besides Saitama. Boros explicitly stated that Saitama is the first person to fight him evenly in his second form so no, it wouldn't be stronger than Boros. It's probably not even as powerful as sealed Boros

No it’s not boros was traveling the universe in his base sealed you have to prove he knows of boros other forms let alone meteoric burst his true power which he literally only uses as a trump card

Boros is the strongest in the universe. Which means, in the WORST case, his ultimate beam should clearly scale to the power of the beams.

If alien tech was so advanced that they can produce lasers that could casually one shot boros he wouldn’t be known as the dominator of the universe meaning boros has to be above the lasers otherwise it wouldn’t make sense for him to be the strongest

And apparently, we can increase the speed of Boros' ship. In our calculations, we took the minimum distance from the planet where there is life and divided it by 20 years. These aliens flew to Earth after Boros' death. Genos in the sparring seemed to say that 2 months had passed since meeting Saitama. Extra happens before the monster arc, it seems.
The sparring with Genos takes place after Garou's apology in front of the restaurant. Garou's apology was 2 weeks after the Monster Arc.
