I'm saying that I'm unsure how to respond to @Livinmeme's word since he didn't elaborate on the context of these cases.

Yes, stealing is wrong, everybody knows that.

afaik the one using art from another series is an entirely different novel than the one proposed in OP
And its not supposedly being published too, its just author like being bored and write parody about strong character to satisfy himself... and he talk about why he used that picture but i'm not remember what he talk about, meaning he already adressed that issue but not change it

You can't report him over this, since it's the truth. The Author is using a picture they do not own for their novel, of characters they have no rights to.

Honestly, this entire thread has devolved into people telling you "No", and you complaining about it. I don't think anyone's stances are going to change, so just try and add it to the wiki, and see what happens.

You want me to debate about "This novel have scalling in mind" part?? I will do it

Lets make this clear as possible

I will say the novel are not have that in mind
And its just your stupid conclusion about something that you never read it yourself

Ah, y'all are confusing me. In that case, if the series doesn't violate copyright, I'd say it should be added to the wiki.
If you not responded, i will report you for saying someone stole something that they not actually do
Lol, do it, I'd be funny but keep in mind that saying that isn't against the rules of this wiki.

It does againts rules of defamation duded, since you say someone stolen others property when they actually do not

For the record, I am not sure if the novel proposed to be added in OP violates copyright or not.

If it violated copyright and has characters from other franchises, it shouldn't be added.

If it doesn't violate copyright and doesn't have characters from other franchises, I would personally advocate for that series to be added but the wiki might be stricter than me. So I can't 100% say.

Is the creator of the series proposed in OP a member of this wiki???
I don't know, but he's a powerscaler without a shadow of a doubt. The term "VS Debaters" as much as I can understand, include anyone doing powerscaling hence the problem.

Semantics.

It is prohibited to include any personal verses or personal works of VS Debaters within the wiki.

What is prohibited ? To include personal verses or personal works.
From whom ? VS Debaters.
Where ? Within the wiki.
this is correct

I See its he is not powerscaler... even if he is, its doesnt mean his novel have property of power scaler

Ah, makes sense, that sentence can be read in multiple ways.

Welp, RIP this verse in this wiki. You can always send it to hell to FC/OC battles wiki.

He is a powerscaler.

While I can agree with the latter half of your sentence, you can't be sure. In a case like this, rules are self-explanatory :
  • In cases where there is ambiguity or conflicting information regarding the proximity of when the work was written and when the author claims to have interacted with powerscaling purely for battleboard purposes, such works shall not be considered for inclusion within the wiki.

I'm not gonna react to that
Because i'm already see your profile post

maybe you deserve that treat?

The whole copyright thing was because one of the author's novels had a cover image from Date A Live. The reason it was brought up was because the Author is very clearly a power scaler.

Even their descriptions are blatantly based on how our Immortality is listed.
