You've hated on me since the start. Care to show them our DM'S where you sent an essay detailing why you hate me? The DM'S where I actively wanted to change and mend your distaste for me? The DMS where I actively wanted to change how I did things on the wiki and how I wanted to be better? I've done nothing but try to be better but you're always there to hate on me, and to be honest, it feels like bullying at this point.
Also, most of the threads you linked I wasn't even doing bad things? I was doing minor things... A 2 month ban? You can't be serious.

Everything I have stated in the DMs, I have stated right here in this report. You have not shown any willingness to change and mend yourself before all else throughout the course of these threads even when staff told you this is not how we do things and then you actively started throwing the first punch. How do you expect people to treat you nicely when you start off being dismissive from the very beginning without backing up any of your claims with evidence or basic common sense?
Not to mention that being warned repeatedly for committing the same offense actually does result in a punishment for piling them up.

If you actually read through those threads I'm normally not actually dismissive and rude, I only become 'dismissive/rude' when I'm bombarded with people being rude and staff doing nothing to help.

You started with the fallacious arguments from the beginning of your threads with little-to-no evidence backing them up despite being warned not to do so numerous times because they were wrong and did not go in line with site standards or ethics. Then when they explained why, you dismissed them by mocking them and being condescending the rest of the way, repeatedly so, based solely on your personal feelings.

Could I ask why? I usually try to help with wiki clean up and I've never done anything even close to being harmful on my wiki account. What risk actually is there leaving me on the wiki?

We usually ban members off both the forums and wiki, going by precedent. However, I do recall the case with Fujiwara. I suppose your wiki account can be kept if that's the case, though, that's not for me to decide.

Fuji I recall was an exception regarding completing her sandbox and not directly contributing to the wiki any further, as sandboxes are usually private.
However, you making calcs violates that premise as calcs are available for everyone to see and can constitute as contributing to the wiki.
At least, that's how I think the bans go. Of course, it is up to thread mods and admins to decide this.

You can ask for your forum account to be still active, when your vs battle account is banned. I have seen some of dose cases, but their may be reasons for that.

Yeah with Fuji, it was just so she could continue her sandbox, which isn't directly contributing to the wiki like making calcs is. As such, I don't think that exception could be made

Saying "no" without elaborating any further is not logic, no. Anyone could pull up and do that without even a shred of regard for logic. Even negative claims are usually given some form of substantiation, which you've repeatedly insisted on not doing.
Keep in mind, that's not the only reason you're being reported.

No, it's not on me for viewing offensive remarks as offensive. This is just attempting to shift accountability, and it's very unappreciated. Keep in mind, you've been warned by staff for this same stuff before, and you've shown no signs of changing.
Also, "substantiation" doesn't explicitly mean evidence, though evidence is always more appreciated. It can even mean things like simply explaining your rationale

First One Piece Thread: I wouldn't describe his behavior as being openly antagonistic or even rule breaking here. He argues a position and in the standard fare of the wiki people go back and forth being sarcastic and crude towards one another in arguing their point. I would not describe the behavior here as being outside of the norm, and given the tumultuous relationship you two seem to have, I would not consider this remotely worthy of warning.
Naruto Thread: This thread began with what appears to be an honest proposal, and the first staff member that replied did so flippantly and rudely. Again, I'd find it hard to say that Vzearr is strictly at fault here.
Second One Piece Thread: I'm noticing a trend, where Vzearr's threads that he, himself, started, are immediately greeted with disdain, despite not being openly stupid or malicious (at least, not from an outsider's point of view). He seems to even have a desire to get answers to his questions, even if they're known to be silly, adding text like "DISCLAIMER: Please don't be annoyed if some of my debunks and questions are bad, just tell me why they're bad." It seems to me that the beginning of confrontations is rarely Vzearr, more often landing on one user beginning a landslide of backlash over what appears to be fairly asked questions. Of course, your 'beef' with Vzearr may well be steeped in context: I can only judge with what I have in front of me.
Jojos Thread: He was told you guys weren't using it, and given a demeaning reason that he was wrong, and he accepted it and asked for it to be closed. You proceeded to make fun of him/belittle him for several posts before asking for it to be closed. I don't even understand why you would include this as evidence of him being to blame.
I'll skim through the other threads to see if anything stands out to me, but I believe I've seen enough here. I acknowledge that it may be that Vzearr's many, many threads aiming at statistics may be obviously wrong to someone steeped in the knowledge of a given verse, and creating so many with such a poor understanding of the verse could be considered spamming and actively detracting from the verse work on the site. We've acknowledged similar cases in the past and decided on things like topic bans. Your report, however, is not overtly about this: it is about bad behavior against others in these threads.
I would not consider any of Vzearr's actions in the threads I've seen so far "antagonistic"- they are at worst poor reactions to negative comments, and at best situations where he is apparently expected to suffer abuse from a staff member for little more than questioning ratings. Vzearr's frustrations are not in line with site conduct, but I would be very strained to say that they are not in some ways valid. As such, I am against an outright ban at this time, but may consider a topic ban due to the apparent high rate of non-knowledgeable CRTs and their generally poor outcomes.

I wouldn't condone a ban for your actions, given the lack of warnings against you (there is one, but generally we wait for at least two), but a warning is well warranted, yes. Especially acknowledging the relatively low edit counts you have- a substantial part of your contributions to this site have been disruptive and volatile.

Basically the private conversation went down like this:
Vzearr asked me why I have a grudge against him and what he can do to mend my distaste for him and his tactics and how he can shape up.
I promptly told him everything that I mentioned in my report, how his debating tactics had no evidence backing them up, were based on nothing but fallacies and personal beliefs, and were condescending, dismissive and was mocking the others involved, and then he responded to me how I was being "rude" and a "dick" and that I should be a man and make friendships instead of enmities.
Then I told him that he had some nerve to call me that while doubling down on being all those things that he called me and how he bullrushed the JoJo CRT without any prior research into the feat or into the verse, and that I wasn't the only one who had a distaste for his methods and his refusal to back down from his opinions and mock people for standing by their reasonings and showing no signs of changing his behavior even after everyone else repeatedly told him not to use such fallacious arguments, I even warned him not to do something this reckless and brash like deleting OP contents or making half-assed CRTs without consulting the verse experts in advance ever again (I actually warned him twice before he contacted me in DMs). Then I told him not to contact me on my message walls or DMs further. After this, I kicked Vzearr out of the DM and left myself.

well i dont call everyone who disagrees with me incompetent as i disagree with you and yet i respect you, and that was just my recollection of those people with my interactions with them, and clover is the one who brought up competence which is completely subjective and i would basically have to say that they were incompetent in order to oppose clover as that's what an argument is. but i can see how someone may see it as rude

Okay can you like... not try to shift this onto me? This came up because we were in this whole debacle about negative claims and why you wouldn't substantiate any negative claims you made. You basically tried to explain that no competent person would take what I said seriously, to which I responded that multiple people have, resulting in you saying that none of them are actually competent.

I left the DMs after I kicked you out so there may not be a way to see them anymore. I may have missed some few details because I couldn't be bothered responding to you in the DMs anymore or taking screenshots, but everything I mentioned here is genuine, and I doubt the rest of those details would honestly matter for my report in the long run.
