To be completely fair, there's never been a fully comprehensive response to those debunks, and the two threads trying to debunk it weren't really "rejected"; Rather, they were just abandoned.
However, seems we'll soon get a chance to finally put the debunks to rest once and for all. Maybe I ought to finish that infinite speed explanation blog in preparation for the big revisions.

I'd only be down for a "possibly" rating, given the lack of solid feats relative to infinite speed. @Kirbonic_Pikmin did bring up a really solid argument in favor of immeasurable speed though, so I'm a lot more confident on it being a thing than I was before.
Usually most of my assumptions are that downgrades are coming, and they almost never do, so...

By the way, I'm working with some oomfies of mine to help update the Touhou wiki because it's in a rough spot rn (one of them helped me update the CoLA page with the preview I had translated a while back). So if there's any misinformation that needs addressing, or anything that needs to be added, let me know and I'll try to get around to fixing it (ie; ask someone else to do it because I don't have an account).

Just about done with some of the reworked youkai physiology justifications. Need to add on to the aura and aura suppression bits but I don't wanna.
- Enhanced Senses (Youkai can see better than humans in the dark of night[26], considering humans night blind relative to themselves as a result[27]. They can see in pitch-black conditions[28], and are able to see colors humans cannot, implied to be on the infrared spectrum[29])
- Empowerment (Youkai are[30] empowered by[31] the light[32] of the[33] full moon[34], being at their most powerful on clear harvest moons[35]. Their power also increases exponentially in years with intercalary months[36] or in years where Amaterasu Ōmikami loses her battle against Ame-no-Kagaseo no Mikoto[37])
- Shapeshifting (Upon entering Gensokyo, youkai gained the ability to change their form as they please[38][39], often choosing[40][41] to[42] take[43] on[44] a humanoid[45] form[46] or that of another youkai[47], gaining the ability to do so from the moment they become youkai[48])
- Intangibility (Youkai can break themselves down into[49][50], or regenerate from[51][52][53][54], a sort of black mist. They are also repeatedly shown to form from this mist out of thin air, or vanish in a puff of smoke[55])
- Incorporeality (Youkai once lacked stable forms[56], and are[57] frequently[58] described[59] as[60] spirits[61] or spiritual[62] beings[63], with their bodies being made up of spirit[64] or chi[65] and many youkai being[66] considered incorporeal[67]. The only difference between a phantom and a youkai is that the latter's spiritual body has a more defined shape, rather than being formless and indistinct[68]. They can phase through objects at will[69], appearing as formless quantum particles for whom physical form is meaningless[70], and they are not bound to the material plane, merely possessing the appearance of a physical body[71]. Youkai are wholly unfamiliar with flesh-and-blood bodies[72], and are not seen as out of place in the Dream World, where physical bodies are viewed as highly unusual[73][74][75][76])
- Regeneration (Mid-Godly; Despite being comprised of spirit[77], youkai can recover from their bodies completely fading away[78], or being erased and needing to come back as a "completely new individual"[79]. They were able to recover from Tenshi Hinanawi absorbing and destroying the spirit of all living things[80][81][82][83][84][85], and even beast youkai - which possess healing factors lesser than than of most youkai - can regenerate from bodily destruction, albeit with some difficulty[86]. - Aura, Sense Manipulation & Fear Manipulation (All youkai possess 'youkai energy' that takes the form of an aura[93], which can make one feel pins and needles throughout their body[94]. Youkai exist to[95] cause fear in humans[96], doing so with mere glances[97], through[98] smiling[99], or with their presence alone[100], causing irrational fear[101] via an overwhelming[102] intimidating[103] aura[104] or a "power of fear"[105]. A youkai's aura is powerful enough to deliver these effects even while sealed away[106]. Successfully inducing fear in a target also allows a youkai to absorb their Spirit[107])
- Aura Suppression (Youkai can hide their auras should they choose to do so[108], commonly infiltrating the human village without their auras affecting nearby people[109] or hiding their true nature for years[110], and are[111] shown[112][113][114] to be able to[115] mask their auras from[116][117] Kosuzu, who can naturally detect such auras[118]. Youkai can also write ordinary books[119], even though their auras typically flow into whatever objects they touch or come near, with any books handled by a youkai becoming youma books)
- Resistance Modification & Further Empowerment (Youkai are empowered by human's belief in the rituals that can be used to combat or exorcise them, using them as a basis to solidify their existence and influence[120]. However, youkai are not bound by this, and can simply choose to be unaffected by such weaknesses on a whim, at the cost of the aforementioned empowerment[121][122]. Certain youkai have been known to falsify their own weaknesses in order to overwrite a greater, more lethal weakness[123])

Nothing is changing, though? They already have these abilities, I'm just giving them far more evidence than they currently have. I suppose you could argue that seeing in infrared and having two more (highly specific) forms of empowerment are upgrades, but really, those hardly matter.
Also, I just noticed that this is nearly 100 references for an admittedly pretty small list of physiological traits. So uh, that's neat.

Mhm. I'd certainly hope nobody tries to target youkai incorporeality or mid-godly after this.
By the way, it seems like most pages are going to end up doubling in size from the rewrites, although I won't know for sure until research is 100% done. Most of that size increase will be from added scans and references, to be honest.

Well, the infinite speed feats are as well justified as I can make them, so not much I can do on that end. Same for 2-C, aside from adding like two statements that'd make it slightly more consistent; All the notable feats already have all the scans and references they could ever need.

Yea, and multi-layered HGR at that. Although there's one thing I have planned that's even funnier than that (it'll remain a secret for now, though).
Yeah. It'll be pretty lengthy, all things considered, maybe only beaten out by god physiology in terms of verse power page length (and even then, that's only because god physiology is three physiology pages stacked on top one another in a trenchcoat).

Mhm. While I'm unsure of scaling real selves to their dream self's regen (as that'd encompass the regeneration of the living spirit, which is uh.... a very high degree of HGR), they can still regenerate their spirit and physical body, which by itself is more than enough for HGR.

Maybe. With the changes to R > F, 1-C (7D) would become Low 1-C (6D), since one of those layers was heavily based on R > F. Of course, this also means 1-A to 1-A+ arguments on the table, and High 1-A miiiight be possible as well. 1-A stuff requires far more looking into, though, and I've got no interest in doing that until the standards are set in stone and I'm done with everything else that needs doing.
