Similar to Cosmic Fear, I would recommend doing the same with and without Toei-Filler scaling/feats for Cell since Death Battle do like using pseudo-canon composites (Canon Cell is 4-B while Toei-Filler Cell is anywhere between 3-C to High 3-A depending how much of the Dragon Ball cosmology you buy plus he gets a massive speed buff iirc).

EDiT: like night and day also ignore the tier 2 stuff since Cell only gets that when he's already dead, so I highly doubt Death Battle will give him that much leeway (assuming they go the composite route which is within the realm of possibility, I.e: "If Garou gets outside help to become CF then Cell gets the filler power ups as balance".)

I said I expected the animation to be fire, but this might genuinely blow even my expectations out of the water.

Also, Ben said there'd be something else to this fight, outside who'd win, which he's always wanted to do. Could any of you imagine if for the first and only time, despite a death being genuinely possible, it didn't occur, and the fight just ends with Supes winning, but ultimately becoming buddies with Goku? I know, unlikely, but it WOULD make the fight stand out from all others, just for that ending alone.

Some DC [herald minimum] vs none marvel-themed episodes trivia for everyone that is interested.

Goku VS Superman = DC won
Goku VS Superman 2 = DC won
Raven VS Twilight Sparkle = DC won
Ben 10 VS Green Lantern = DC won
She-Ra VS Wonder Woman = DC won
Flash VS Sonic = DC won
Goku Black VS Reverse-Flash = DC won
SpongeBob VS Aquaman = Spongebob won

Throughout the shows running up till now there have been 8 Death Battle's where they featured a DC comics character who scales to DC's full cosmology facing against a none comic book character.

7/8 of them have DC winning and 3 of them are Dragon Ball matches, an worth noting the one none comic win came from an episode that was meant to be an antithesis of the typical Death Battle by featuring a joke version of Aquaman intended to lose.

Calm down, lad. I ain't attempting to 'baby' anyone here, no need to bare your fangs like I threw out a personal insult to a fanbase that I'm literally apart of. I'm merely stating an option(which I also admitted is unlikely) that would differentiate it from other death battles, which is what Ben himself has effectively said they're trying to do, and wanted to do for a long time. It could indeed, just as easily be something else. We won't know until the episode comes out.
