1. High-Ball assumes all 3 worlds are parrallel universes in size.
2. Low-Ball assumes 1 universe cut in half, with 3 planets and 2 of them are in the spirit world basically other side of the plate.
Result: either one is 4-B.

Yhwach only had his Almighty sealed away but his power was the same. Base yhwach could also fight to ichibei who yhwach considered to be the strongest soul reaper

Nerft Yhwach by some deductive reasoning and some assumption was at best on par with Ryod/Fake Yhwach
When Yamamoto was fighting Fake Yhwach he saw nothing wrong with the power he showed and Yamamoto being the one that fought him 1000 years ago would be the best to understand that, if Yhwach was drastically weaker he would of notice something was wrong
so Nerft Yhwach/1000 years ago = Shikai Yamamoto/TYBW
Yhwach 1000 years ago = 2 Almighty Pupils/was sealed by Ichibei
Yhwach during TYBW/Pre SK = 3 Almighty Pupils
Soul King = 4 Almighty Pupils

we actually don’t know if the base Yhwach of 1000 yo is strong as the current, actually he is for sure weaker since the current one absorbed people like gremmy lol
