Season 2 moment. Shame because lowkey it was one of Garou's most badass moments and it gets completely overlooked. The Hero Hunter arc was the best at displaying Garou's inhuman will power in my opinion, and this scene perfectly encapsulates that he absolutely disregards things like pain in pursuit of his mission. He'll get stabbed through the hand with a smile on his face if it means winning a fight. Like imagine how ******* agonizing that would be, even the most disciplined martial artist would be screaming irl at that, but he doesn't care at all.to think that anime killed this:

In all reality I think Boros is only low 5-B physically since the high 6-A that everyone and their mother in the high tiers scale to is really from a low 5-B feat

But I’m also completely open to the possibility that Boros has been semi-retconned into being on par with Blast since Boris and the prophecy exists and Saitama considered him almost a real fight back when there was no real prospect of a 4-A feat existing
along with the fact that he’s on par with awakened Garou in the webcomic, while in the manga it’s only cosmic Garou who is referred to as awakened.

I severely doubt it. Boris is just gonna be way stronger than Boros probably.
And tbf we don't know for CERTAIN that Boris is from the same race, it's just a likely correct theory based on a literal silhouette. ONE is creative but it's not like he's the pinnacle of innovation, it could just be a similar design. Though I'm holding out hope that he is from the same race. Maybe even an alternate universe VERSION of Boros.

But yeah it seems like Blast doesn't really care about threats to Earth unless they are exclusively related to God. He didn't care about the Monster Association, Boros, Psykorochi, Garou (before God amp), etc. even though they were all debatably threats to humanity, even though he could have literally dealt with all of them in seconds to minutes.

Nobody knew about the battle except for Saitama
even Blast only had his attention on earth due to extreme fa jin directly affecting his seal followed by God being highly active in that area with amping Orochi and Psykos, creating Sage Centipede, and making the deal with garou, but csrc never actually touched the planet, and God has nothing to do with Boros, so of course Blast wouldn't show up regardless.
Well Boros is apparently the strongest of his race, and Boris is the only other member of his race that has been shown on screen in the series
it's certainly a good chance that Boros is just gonna get retroactively buffed as ****.

According to himself he is. Boros could literally just be wrong for a variety of reasons (hell, maybe Boris was on a mission against God even before Boros was born, and Blast was actually a rookie in the group), or Boris might not be a member of the specific race Boros is talking about, we just don't know. I want Boros to be this strong but it's just ridiculously unlikely, especially given how inconsistent it is with scaling.
Like, even to a casual Saitama, Boros barely registered as a somewhat impressive opponent, not in terms of how much he compares to Saitama, but just in terms of how much he compares to the foes Saitama had encountered prior. It was just a difference of the fact that Saitama literally doesn't even remember almost any of his "opponents" because they are so unfathomably weaker than him that they just don't really process as an enemy to him, Boros being able to survive his punches and surprise him with his power and speed was enough for Saitama to acknowledge that Boros is definitely on another level from the usual Monster, but nonetheless, even Boros was a total non-threat and still couldn't compare. Even Normal Punch's from Saitama could take off his limbs or crush his internal organs and send him flying back dozens of feet. Meanwhile Blast was performing decently well against initial Awakened Garou prior to the SPS, who was equal to a casual Saitama. I mean, shit, that version of Garou literally rivaled a Two-Handed Consecutive Normal Punch's BEFORE fighting Blast, whereas a VASTLY weaker Saitama turned Boros into barely recognizeable paste with just a one-handed Consecutive Normal Punch's. This is ignoring the fact that Blast and 3 teammates (including Boris of course) could condense and redirect the power of two Serious Punch's, which is incomparably above Boros as well.
This would be a HUGE retcon to Boros' power for no real reason at all, when they can save the illogical retcon and just make it so that Boros didn't actually know all members of his race.

Tbh, I think it's more likely that Boris IS Boros that just trained after being revived by Blast. It makes no sense but would still be more logical than Boros being this strong the whole time.
