As if he would take a damage. I recommend that don't make a match on him until he takes a damage visually and narratively. Because of some of his match-up opponent already got beaten up in their respective story. Saitama is still invulnerable until now so please don't make a match on him.

Garou did manage to injure Saitama, because initially Garou imitated Saitama so they had equal strength until finally Saitama's strength exceeded Garou's strength so that it was impossible to catch up let alone injure as before
