Doesn't that mean Boros' attack speed is 2x faster than Saitama's block speed in that scene? Couldn't you use a multiplier on Boros' speed in his Realesed form?

technically meteoric burst should be at least a 3x AP multiplier or something but probably more
it combines high 6-A physical strikes boosted by latent energy that upscales from it

Ok, so Tatsumaki is only behind Boros in top strongest unless Psykorochi had an updrage due to Orochi's Gaia canon AP and Dura wise.
