This should be really straightforward.
In Garou's profile, more precisely in the durability rating of his Awakened key, it states the following:
"At least Large Planet level, possibly Large Star level (Shrugged off multiple strikes[4] from Blast. Should be comparable to his attack potency), Varies with Power Mimicry, higher with Reactive Evolution".
The part I highlighted is circular scaling. Awakened Garou doesn't scale to Blast, Blast scales to Awakened Garou's durability. Blast is "At least Large Planet level, possibly Large Star level" because he "sent an early Awakened Garou flying and harmed him[2] with his blows", as stated in his profile.
So, having that mention is useless.
