Does the character with it not have multiversal BFR. Because if they do have it they are not allowed on this list.

On second thought, now that deonment mentioned it which began to remind me, Ji Ning would most likely be killed by Godcat’s passive Black Hole before he can even use his thought-based hax considering that he has no resistance to Black Holes, Gravity Manipulation, or Space-Time Manipulation, especially since Godcat in a weaker state has been capable of one-shotting a mid-game EBF4 party who is superior to an endgame EBF3 Akron who is far stronger than himself at the start of the game who scales to the starry sky feat. Not to mention, she’s faster to the point of blitzing the EBF4 party. So, I would request Godcat for 4th 4-A.
That being said, should Godcat be placed as the new 4th strongest 4-A, I also request Announcer to be placed for 5th strongest 4-A since he speedblitzes/AP stomps/sells Ji Ning with thought-based budget cuts before Ning can do his thought-based moves.

Several of the High 3-A's in W.I.T.C.H. have Multiversal range so their out, but there is about only about 4 characters left that doesn't have Multiversal range but Immesurable Speed so they could try and go for a spot but first the revision has to go through, so I'll just wait and if it does I'll bring it up.

The Black hole may be passive for Akron but i don't remember it being passive for Godcat, also does said black hole destroy his soul? If it doesn't then Ning can keep fighting.

Godcat inherits all of her creations abilities which would include Akron’s. Also, her attacks have been able to harm and even destroy the soul, so Ning’s soul should be destroyed from the black hole. Even then, Godcat should be able to absorb/null all of Ning’s powers with a thought just like what Akron did the moment he woke up.

If she doesn't show a passive, she doesn't have that power as a passive, simple as that. She may have access to it but in none of her fights has she ever instantly created a Black Hole.
That would deal with his Main body yeah, but Ning's primaltwin is always in a pocket dimension inside of him anyway.
She can't do anything about his concept hax, i think no one in EBF even has type 2 concept and Ning's is layered.

Akron’s black hole was done out of sheer power which is passive, and Godcat upscales from him especially since she created him, hence Godcat has Akron’s passive black hole creation.
I don’t see anything on his profile saying that he resists power null. Has he been able to overwrite the abilities of people with a thought/passive?
The entirety of the black hole within the event horizon contains a pocket dimension large enough to fit an entire starry sky, which would take up 2002 light years in radius.

Bro, Godcat literally doesn't have a passive black hole creation at any of the fights. Idk, maybe Akron didn't care and just let his power leak or whatever, but Godcat literally doesn't passively create a Black Hole, it totally can but it doesn't create one at all.
Sorry? I think I never said he resisted power null, but first and foremost we'd have to see how verse equalization even applies to EBF and Desolate Era before Godcat's power null can be used.
And second, no one in EBF even has type 2 concept hax so that's yet another reason for her power null to just not work against Ning.

To be fair, I find this top 10 list as better formatting than a top 5 one so we can stop sharing spots through speed equal/unequal, which will also bring more variety outside of those “lol passive/thought heralds”.

I do have a few characters profiles nearly finished (98% or so) since October but my laptop died thus stopped me from finishing them. Plus i was working on fixing old ones with more scans and adding references.

To be fair, I feel most people made in China (mainly Chinese novel characters) only get onto the list because the stories tend to have the characters learn too many stupidly overpowered haxes (especially thought/passive ones) and/or skills. But then again, I do support a series with Chinese creators, so...

Its because the novels are long - 1000+ chapters usually, meaning at least 1.2 million words for the lowest word count xianxia/xuanhuan novels. They have time to develop. You don't see them using laws/dao till hundreds of chapters in. They have abilities that are considered broken cause they cultivate the body/soul and the laws over a long period of time, they do train for them unlike series where these abilities are given in a few chapters without hard work. Example: To get laws for Meng Hao, you have to read 650 or so chapters till he reaches the point - thats already around 1 million word count as Ergen's chapters are long.

Senna for the 5th placement of 7-A since she should just passively beat/incap Geist Grace with Reiatsu Crush, he also seemingly can't even interact with her given her Abstract Existence (Type 1), making his offensive capabilities effectively null.
The only thing which seemingly helps him is his Auto Undo but because of Senna passively crushing him it'll just leave him in a perpetual state of damage and auto undo'ing, effectively incaping him.

He does but Haki provides ass hax's compared to what's on this list, Law's devil fruit is actually strong, and would definitely make him competitive enough to possibly gain a placement on this list. Luffy just doesn't have that.
