Doesn't china man powernull only work on magic? If that is true then gets bodied by dio. Also yeah bunny only real good thing is decent danmaku (who gets negged by the fact that she has relativelly low AP), and stupid defensives options (regens, inmortality, defensives buffs and extremlly high mobility, but she kinda fails at you know doing damage)

Powernull ain't really important, it's the fact that his regen might be High-Mid as well (Will make a QnA then probably a CRT), and if it is, he can just null Dio's regen with his Law Manipulation.

But until then (and until I know if he can upscale to 8-B) Dio can probably take the spot.

Considering that he is 10 tons and 11 tons is already 8-B he only need to be 1.1x stronger, which I'm damn certain he is with his upscaling and all.

Not really, that is just the most extreme of the upscaling cases, just something as giving great injuries or even serious problems in a fight to a 10 tons character in this context would be probably enough to reach 8-B, and that is because the difference between the value and the next tier is laughable minimal

Dude can regenerate from having his head blown to smithereens, so I doubt that will do anything, even at this level of regen.

I know that he would be hopefully upscaled to 8-B, but just to answer this, I don't recall Dio ever going with Freeze in this key? Like, ever, especially when he had the chance to do it with Jotaro. I honestly see Yoon-seok just being able to stop his regeneration, and kill him with his 6 times attack speed boost and 7x AP boost in like less than a minute.

Doesn't he get timestoped if dio notices he is getting cutted like butter
 
I mean

1. Yoon-seok cuts Dio's head.

2. Dio timestops, and proceeds to beat the living shit out of Yoon-seok, and regenerates.

3. Yoon-seok regenerates, notices Dio also regenerates, and just uses his law and one-shots via his teleport + speed amp + AP amp + Dura neg

Also, even disregarding all that shiz about regeneration and stuff, Yoon-seok can literally just slap Dio in the face, and get teleported to another world where its sunny af.

Regardless, as already established above, its probably better not to flood the thread with this shiz, since he'll upscale to 8-B anyways (Gets ****** by The Sorrow, though :c)

I literally got told that he will infinitely resurrect, has stealth so good people forget about his existence, and just a wall of other shit Isaac's only chance would be to transmute or ee him (the latter of which prolly won't work because that shit is a projectile) at the start of the battle with spacebar items, but the chances of that occurring over isaac just spamming tears is minimal unless we want to assume that under SBA even if someone doesn't know about the existence of their specific opponent still knows about the fact that they do still have one, but that is a can of worms I would rather not open

For Xu Jingming will be the third key as 6-C so basically his next one but that is 2-3 months away as there are around 40 ch left till he reaches level 8 Cosmic Lifeform, currently he's level 7. Level 8 will be neat as they all get control at a quantum level likeky and will become energy lifeforms. But there is another character i work on.

I won't add another Ergen character till I go back to the verse and fix it. But this is likely my last project as it's the largest.

But one I will post will likely take a place in Low 7-B, will take a place in 5-C, at least 4th place (not sure on Arifureta), and idk how far he will go in 2-A but he is invulnerable to all powers that don't defy the laws/principles of physics so he will be pretty hard to be killed.

All five places in 2-A operate on the levels of messing with concepts, so being outside physics won't be much help here.

2nd) I think this guy would be a good MU for her (in general)

Iirc the 2hu has plenty of haxxed AF characters in Low 2-C but I do believe the verse is getting major revisions (I'm assuming that's why no-one has suggested them for Low 2-C or even 2-C).
