If its reactions, all it lets him do is react to a few of Sam's attacks but he wouldnt be able to use it for anything else, but Chariot confirmed that its perception, which just lets him see faster, it doesnt let him move or react to attacks any faster than he normally can, which ***** him over massively as Jotaro and Sam have equalized combat and reaction speed here

We call that disagreement, not debunking, an actual debunk would be "actually, Jotaro has never reacted to something at [speed] before" or "jotaro never once had an inner monologue while this, this or that" was happening" or "jotaro's feat actually isn't 3.4x the calc sam scales above, so he doesnt actually hold AP". Those would be debunks.
But, clearly, that isn't the case, because his shutter feat is a low end anyway, and I can literally go grab an instance for both of the formers, hell, a good one is on his profile even right now.
