imo I think that's an assumption more than fact, the reason it took thor ten strikes was for how dramatic it was most of all from a writing pov, but I don't think the in-universe reason it took him so many goes was because he was holding back

I don't disagree with the logic, but it seems that Tier 3-C scaling for Love and Thunder characters will need more to support it before it could be accepted.

I'd say save it for later once again as said prior it's not being completely dismissed or seen as impossible but currently that is a bit more of a stretch than the current 5-A stuffs although if it ever becomes more concrete or gets more evidence then it'll just be fully accepted as 3-C

Other kinds of evidence points to Gorr being capable of it, but like what is already said, more is needed

There is no reason for Odin to be 5-A. He doesn't have any scaling for that. That statement of him was before the events of Love and Thunder
He does have two 5-B statements and a 4-B Creation feat, so there's that
