IMO Large Star to Solar Naruto is the highest you can reasonably scale the verse
My personal scaling range for Naruto is: low end moon to planet, high end large star to solar.
My personal scaling range for Bleach (because this is a Bleach channel) is: low end planet to large planet, high end low multi.
Although personally I think uni to uni+ is the real sweat spot for Bleach.

I only had this on Hand, They basically carved away his powers(divided) until they could use and control him,bcs if he didnt he could have used his power to escape and kill them allIs there any indication that the Weakened Soul King emits Reiatsu
