I'm alma simp now

Tenko was kinda annoying all the 1st volume ahaha but i still love her

I don't really think so but I can see why others would think that. Though there is a very good reason for that explored in volume 2.

Btw where did you read the 1st volume of the LN?

oh and how knowledgeable are you on akashic records of bastard magic instructor manga?

Sir Sid is an absolute chad

“Shut up! A knight without a fairy sword, like you, shouldn’t speak as if you know me!” Louise cried as she struck the floor with her swords in frustration. “Sid Blitze, the Barbarian!” She glared at him as if he had murdered her parents. “You’re cruel and inhuman! You’re a vicious knight who does as he likes on the battlefield, and you use your twin swords to kill people! It’s said that you piled up so many crimes and corpses that the heap is higher than any mountain. You were executed by your lord, the Holy King Arthur—a disgraceful end! You’re unworthy to be a knight!”

“Oh? And?” Sid asked, somewhat amused.

So I havent finished reading the entirety of volume 3 yet but we are introduced to Sir Owl, one of the 3 strongest Orders of the Opus knights. In terms of strength, he rivals current Sir Sid and has broken gravity manipulation and "weight" manipulation. He can passively reduce the "weight" of attacks to the point they feel like "poking someone with a finger" or a "light feather touch".

So I finally did the math, and currently, Sir Sid would scale to Country level...crazy stuff. 10.64 Teratons to be exact. Sir Owl came in clutch with his broken hax which Sir Sid overpowered.

Also, phew, finally finish read the volume 3. I really like how the author build story around all the characters not just the mc. Even the fight is not bs and reasoning behind them. There also many feeling behind their word, behind their fighting style which make them feel really alive rather them simply being side characters like most story.

Also, we can find his lifting strength for Sid now from volume 3 which would at least scale him to at least 10,000x normal gravity

How does the multiplier here work exactly? Can you explain?
Rifis Ortol (Sir Owl) can reduce the weight of Sir Sid's attacks so much they are referred to as "light pokes". So essentially Sir Sid was brought down from 15.947 kilotons to 100 joules (the highest average humans are rated as on this wiki, and it's at least this much). This means that Sir Owl can reduce the strength of attacks by 667,222,479,999.99x
Now, in their second and final fight, after Obtaining the Obsidian Sword and regaining his full strength, Sir Sid couldn't be reduced below Town level, since he matched Rifis Ortol. This means at full power Sir Sid is 667,222,479,999.99x stronger than 6.67230669E13 Joules (15.947 kilotons aka Town level) which comes out to be around Country level or 10,64 Teratons.

Assuming average weight for a 20-year-old male, Sid's lifting strength is around Class K

Have to agree. The cast is really well written and the author can bring out a lot of different emotions. I also really love how he tries not to play favorites to some extent so Alma can lose, like against Lynette. And in the afterword he basically admitted "yeah, sir sid is op because it's fun to write characters like this from time to time".

Well, I did some calculation
Mass of adult person globally = 62kg
Gravitational field strength = 9.81m/s^2
So the amount force exerted would normally would be = 608.22N
And times 10,000 = 6.0822x10^6 N
He able to at least lift that amount of force

Edit: notice you have calculate it

Yes, Sir Sid has stated it was common and anyone did it back then. Since people forgot about it and relied upon fairy swords they became fodder.

I feel like everyone who use fairy magic should technically have conceptual manipulation but I am not sure what type is it?

Yeah, they should, but it's never clearly explained what it does. For now, I suggest we simply ignore it because of how vague it is. In the future, we might even see law manipulation tbh considering statements revolving around ancient dragons.

Also, I plan on downgrading speed to MHS+ since I don't think speed is actually applied when talking about physicals, only strength, and durability. also we would end up with MFTL+ Sid

Nothing really strange about that. His Lightning surpass Light itself because he is super chad:cool: . Joking aside, sure, I think it justify enough to remove it as currently.
Yeah, maybe in the future where Sir Sid's lightning is at least confirmed FTL and speed is doubled down as being proportional to strength then we could upgrade him to MFTL+ 1,738,992,892c to be exact

Sir Sid's lightning speed is stated to be transcendental meaning he is above any finite speed aka he has infinite speed

I mean if we arguing his lightning is conceptual in nature which is not impossible with how the series work, which mean there no physical limit on how fast it can actually be, in other word no limit (infinite to immeasurable :))
Also do we want to consider infinite gravity as hyperbole here and treated it as increasing gravity infinitely (approaching infinity)

I think gravity can grow infinitely, without an end, simply Sir Sid stopped it before he would be crushed himself.
