Warriors of Heaven and Hell: The Most Skilled on the Wiki!

With just five spots the categories like sword users and firearm users feel really packed.

Makoto probably should have a place in the bow users, though I would leave the listing of his feats to @YungManzi since he is rereading the story and I forgot various things for the long time since I readed the novel.

Ok so for bows, I’d like to Nominate Sagittarius Aiolos. The reasoning is as follows - For one, all of his attacks are precise enough to target matter on a level below quarks.
He is vastly more skilled at marksmanship then Aquarius Camus, who casually pingponged a projectile from Greece, to a star around 540 light years away, back to Siberia, without looking at it. This is more impressive when we consider that the star, and earth are both moving.
In addition, Aiolos’ previous reincarnation, shot an arrow from Greece, to Germany In a way that if it was spilt into 4 pieces, they would exactly hit 4 separate floating targets, while the bow string was also being pulled back by a person who has never shot an arrow in her life.
Sagittarius Seiya, who has pretty much the exact same skill set as Aiolos, shot an opponent though the chest with an arrow, all while compensating for the fact the target was standing under a mass with a gravitational field comparable to a planet.
Finally, Aiolos also sniped his brother who was on earth, from space. While this wasn’t with a bow, it’s a general marksmanship feat.
For placement, there’s no one on bows category rn, so first place.
ooo Ashe has competition, interesting

For Firearms.

  • Shooting/Aiming Skills: Roland is extremely adept at using his guns, managing to score nigh-impossible shots with relative ease. He is capable of tagging enemies from impossible distances, as well as shooting incredibly small targets such as bats and garden snakes. He's able to hit unseen targets by ricocheting bullets off multiple surfaces, as well as gun down flying projectiles in midair, shoot through a sniper scope from several meters away, and even redirect his own bullets by shooting them mid-flight. He also happens to be proficient at knife-throwing, being capable of flinging his knife with lethal accuracy.
  • Reloading Skills: Roland uses unconventional methods to reload his guns faster than other firearm users. His reloading is so fast that the average eye compares his shooting to that of a machinegun, and he is capable of putting six bullets into his revolver within a single sweep of his hand.

Rex Marksley stalemated him in a skill thread a while back

I'll put him in pending, unless you think I can just pop him in the 4th spot.

But can he do this:

Yall can either fight it out here for the 4th spot or I can make a thread for it, your call.

Assuming Black even wants to go for the 4th spot, if not we'll just throw Roland into pending and Rex into the 4th spot.

Why'd you submit Roland then lmao.

Into the 4th spot Rex goes then, I guess.

Personally would put Jhin in 4th instead of Rex, Rex is on the same level as Caitlyn and Jhin can do everything Caitlyn can while heavily restricting his marksmanship capabilities

Uh I already put Rex in the 4th spot lel.

Mind reposting Jhin/Caitlyn's feats so I can link them in the OP?

Caitlyn is a natural born prodigy with a rifle, as a child she was able to hit a few centimeters wide fast-moving target from hundreds of meters away with an unscoped warden training carbine. She continued training with her rifle throughout her life until in her early 20s (to the point of Arcane) she displayed the skill to hit an inch long tube on a person's shoulder multiple times while they were in the middle of a cqc fistfight with her partner, and did so, again, with an unscoped iron sights only warden carbine. After that she received her signature Hextech rifle, which possesses greater accuracy than any carbine, her skill with said rifle is such that, as casual training, she is able to perform feats such as hitting bullseyes without looking at the target, hitting multiple consecutive bullseyes while blindfolded, hitting multiple bullseyes with a single ricocheting bullet, and hitting multiple consecutive bullseyes while firing backwards over her shoulder without looking at the target.

Jhin can perform all of Caitlyn's feats while also wearing a mask that removes his depth perception and restricts his breathing while also willingly limiting his ammo count to four bullets per clip and purposely adjusting the timing of his shots to be on a fourth beat to sate his obsession with the number 4.

I can grab scans if you'd like

If you have scans you can add them. I don't make them a strict requirement for decently large posts because I know not everyone has them on hand.

I'll just add "Characters from League of Legends" to 4th place with both Jhin and Caitlyn

For number 1 improvised weapon user.

Casually defeated the absurdly skilled Medaka with a pair of glasses, who can practically copy anything better then the original user after seeing it once.

Defeated

Despite her being nigh-omniscient with a rubber band

For something like this, you'd need to elaborate on how it really happened cause this feat is pretty bonkers and doesn't much seem quantifiable.

Do you have any scans or any extra context?

It's hard to provide the context because Medaka herself has a truly absurd list of skill feats.

Basically his whole thing is using unconventional weapons.

Medaka attacks him at light speed and he casually blocks her attacks with the arms of Zenichi's glasses

I'm more so talking about the Nigh-Omniscience one lol. I can believe the first one, it's the second feat I'm worried about.

I mean as you said it's not really quantifiable. It's just literally what happens. Ajimu is nigh omniscient, Iihiko powernulls all her hundreds of thousands of skills and shoots her with an elastic band that kills her.

The Medaka feat should be enough to put him up there tho.

Then it's not a skill feat lmao. He just power nulled her and flicked a rubber band at her which one-shot her. That's hax and AP.

I literally said in the comment it's not quantifiable but it def is a skill feat. Hitting someone that can move light speed with a Rubber Band is absolutely a skill feat.

Ah yes, blocking light speed attacks with the arms of a pair of glasses isn't skill...
It isn't.

First of all, the main thing there with this feat in particular is speed. Actually not even considering he's FTL so reacting to a light speed attack while he's FTL doesn't make much sense. Blocking is neat but that's a far cry from being able to get on a list like this.

He has FTL movespeed/reaction speed. He doesn't make the weapons he uses that fast
If he didn't make them move that fast Ajimu would've been able to dodge. The band went in a straight-line. There's no reason she would not have been able to dodge unless it was simply moving faster than her.

Again, I already stated twice now that the Ajimu feat isn't quantifiable. The Medaka feat is good enough to put him on the list. I can't think of anyone with better improvised weapon feats then him

The fact that Lihiko is FTL makes him deflecting a lightspeed attack not at all a skill feat to begin with. Neither of what you've provided qualify as skill lol.

Bruh, I literally said that Medaka is FTL. Iihiko is FTL from scaling to Medaka not the other way around.

I guess I got to write an essay now about why Medaka is physically skilled and it's not just all hax.

He probably just scales above her in speed. Just because both are FTL doesn't mean they move at the exact same speed all the time.
