This thread is mainly to discuss any skill feat of any Marvel character, potentially bringing up any possible intelligence upgrade. We'll also be ranking them and comparing each of them in a Top 10 list just for a little fun while we bring up skills feats. Yeah, I stole this part from Maverick's thread.
This thread was made mostly to gather cool feats and to upgrade their Intelligence Statistic since... Iron Fist, Shang-Chi and a few more being only Gifted is a sin.
While this is focused on the street level characters, you can also submit any character that possess enough feats to be considered, be street or cosmic level, all that he needs is to be from Marvel Comics and have enough feats.
TOP 10:

2:
3: Daredevil
4:
5: Taskmaster
6:
7: Moon Knight

Genius in combat: (Moon Knight has displayed a great and varied amount of skillful feats, being a master of virtually every martial arts in the world, he has extreme knowledge of pressure points, often using as a non-lethal approach to either knock enemies down or put them to sleep, even capable of using his weapons to hit nerve clusters, such skill that both Shang-Chi and Punisher complimented. He also posssess in weaponry and marksmanship; mastering every weapon devised by man to the point that he doesn't even need to hit his opponents to land his strikes, capable of ricocheting his baton on walls to hit his opponents, able to disarm armed opponents and while making it come back to his hand, and even able to disarm two gunmen by splitting an arrow in two to shoot them at the same time.
During his early days, when first starting his career, Moon Knight was able to briefly stand against a weaken Daredevil, before ultimately teaming-up. He'd continue to increase his resume by defeating Nick Fury, outsmarting and defeating Black Knight, fighting the Punisher, effortless defeating Andrea's Swordmaster two times, and finally standing against Bullseye, who he'd use to fake his own death and start his career anew. His modern approach only increasing feats by effortless defeating Deadpool after learning of his regeneration, being able to briefly stand against the Beast, a demon that stood against Shang-Chi and Iron Fist at the same time, and eventually defeating Iron Fist himself when empowered)

Taskmaster central ability is his instantaneous absorption of information, a trait that he's had since he was a child and further amplified by injecting himself with an experimental drug. Taskmaster's biological daughter, who has the same ability as he does, states that it gives them a "natural aptitude for everything" and allows them to master most skills in minutes. Taskmaster compares this to having a "Motor Cortex like a Hemi V-8". Early on, this also granted him a photographic memory though this was likely lost when his memory problems developed.
Taskmaster centrally uses this ability through his "Photographic Reflexes" which allows him to instantly copy any physical movement he sees, without the need for training or practice. Once Taskmaster copies a technique, he will always perform it flawlessly, and can further improve them by using them in battle. In addition to this, he can freely swap in-between fighting styles, which he can use to both hold off superior opponents, and completely overwhelm characters comparable to himself. He could copy early Daredevil so completely that Daredevil had to rely on outside interference to quickly end the fight, and can mimic the aim of a gun so completely the bullets clash in mid-air. These reflexes can also copy techniques supernatural in nature, such as chi, and even fighting styles his body is not physically built to perform, such as a fighting style that uses both a lighter skeleton and brain modifications to use effectively, though said feat required him to overwrite his memories.
Through this ability, Taskmaster has gained knowledge of every present and historical martial arts. Many of which he has collected from fighters who would no doubt be listed here, such as Daredevil's insane baton throws and Moon Knight's skill in projectile weaponry.
Aside from his photographic reflexes, Taskmaster can use this ability to near-instantly analyze any fighting style he sees, and immediately come up with a counterattack to the point where he can absorb, master, and counter an opponent's fighting style in the span of a single fight. Just by watching someone in action, he can analyze their fighting style to the point where he can accurately predict their future movements, which he often uses to keep up with physically superior opponents. His prediction ability is so fine-tuned he can even use it to counter Mile's spider sense.
Once a fighting style is analyzed, he can also easily break it down to teach to other people. He's trained the likes of Spider Woman in seven different martial arts styles, and taught Crossbones his skill in marksmanship.
Taskmaster is referenced as one of the most deadly men alive, both by Captain America and Spider-Man. He's got the skill to keep up with the likes of Iron Fist for a short time, and has defeated the Cat in single combat. He knows nerve cluster techniques to instantly render someone unconscious, despite being far larger and stronger than he is, and can strike precisely enough to cause instant death to weaker opponents.
I would rank him at 10th place, he should reasonably be the gatekeeper for a list like this. In terms of wealth of techniques, he's number one, but like Finesse, he likely can't apply them as effectively as their original user, hence why he often loses against a lot of the people here in extended fights.
