That's theoretical, especially considering that Garou's wording still doesn't make sense in this context, and in Garou's imagination, the figure of whoever punched him is displayed with a question mark.

And Garou explicitly said "he fought" all the people he was listing off and put Saitama above Blast in the order. Garou neither fought Blast and he wouldn't put Saitama above Blast if he believed it was Blast who one-shotted him.

I'm not referring to the black silhouette, I'm referring to the question mark. If he thought it was Blast, it would've been the same silhouette of a person, but with his name there instead.
And again, the wording also doesn't make sense. He words it as fighting Blast, and also puts Saitama after him for some reason.

Just read the latest chapter, and yeah it was pretty underwhelming on the Garou side. Using his ideology for a gag about a dine-and-dash misdemeanor felt pretty cheap, especially since it was the driving force of the arc.

Honestly I feel like boros should be the strongest, outside of at least a further evolving monster garou
although this wouldn't really matter here since you can't scale from a casual saitama, Boros is really the only enemy besides Garou who was able to be relative with what casual saitama threw at him, and seeing what the sp^2 did, it's insanely impessive that he was able to temporarily survive a (somewhat weaker) serious punch
also if the stuff about him being the strongest in his species is true then I mean, he's probably at least boris level, who scales to blast being like far far lower into 4-A cause of square cube law serious punch^2.
Like sure, Saitama would have never lost no matter how it played out, but boros vs saitama is less like human vs single celled organism, and more like bodybuiler vs human child

yeah i'm just assuming ONE somehow thinks this was a good ending and won't have Murata do any more redraws for MA. Which makes me heavily question the quality of his future writing, but can't really do anything about it.

just finished reading the translated chapter and i think i can bet my own ass that ONE died or something and murata is now both writing and drawing OPM. this doesn't seem like ONE's writing style at all and why would ONE suddenly change garou's personality so much? we saw in the webcomic how garou was after the MA arc. Garou in this latest chapter was very different from that.
