I would say that rather that would only work for the alpehs(tier 1-A to tier 1-A high),tier 0 would be for the max tegmark cosmology level 4, or scp-4555.
well seems logical to me

extraversal(1-S)is the qualifycation,because boundless is not a good name for me(i prefer extraversal)so,teorically,the concept of infinity is just,infinity and that's it.
even the max tegmark cosmology level 4(extraversal)is infinity itself

It's not passive, but it will automatically activate if Gojo senses imminent danger, he can also automatically tell apart actual danger from things that aren't harmful.

elf: to be simpler, in existence there are at least hundreds of billions of stars per galaxy, and there are trillions of galaxies in the universe, and proportional to that, there are an infinite number of universes only in this dimension(4D)which is just a plane of existence divided into layers, the next dimension is difficult to be in without a hyperspace portal the number of dimensions is unknown,but according to me and my psykic powers in interdimensions, there are at least 3.5 to 50 million dimensions,and god is not found in any of them.

saitama feats in the future:

-He survived an attack by a being capable of erasing someone's existence, erasing him completely from all universes, but even with that, Saitama continued to exist, since his existence is paradoxical (he exists as himself and independently, not linked to the concept of what it means to be him)
-He moved so fast that he traveled to the final dimension(which is a dimension outside of all existence)
-a punch of his killed the most powerful warrior of god, who became infinitely more powerful, to the point where space king beast said 'his power grows so much that it surpasses everything in all existence,even if you reach his power,he will surpass that power in infinity even greater than the previous infinity,and then that infinitely greather that the previos one'
-he absolute destroy God, which is the embodiment of everything, from the physical, the spiritual, even the conceptual, there are concepts such as dimensionality, infinity, limits, power, desires, emotions, space-time, numbers, mathematics and etc.
with this theoretical scaling, saitama would be outerversal high for being more powerful than the incarnation of mathematics itself and infinity.
-with his power, he managed to recreate everything in existence after the absolute destruction of god, saitama with his mind and his power created all of existence again, he even created a multiverse that he called the multiverse where everything is possible, even mathematics has a form of reality' (later in a databook max tegmark multiversal level 4 is mentioned)
even with all of this,scp-3125 will stand no chance against him
