also, boros' ship bombardment is 6-c, iirc 7-a for each bullet, definetely was going to kill silverfang.

Yep. They're both just character statements that are never proven, only difference is one happened to get disproven.
Yet we won't scale Melzagard in speed because it was a "lucky hit" and Silverfang wasn't going "all out". Sorry, taking things casually doesn't justify getting hit by something 2000 times slower than you. It just doesn't.

I mean, Tatsumaki has the range of TK to stop all of the projectiles. Bang has no evidence afaik of movement/travel speed high enough to escape the entire city anyway. Very few characters in OPM have shown substantial travel speed compared to their combat and reaction speed. Being able to make a small movement at MHS speeds doesn't help you run dozens of kilometers

still, bang couldve dodge atleast one bullet and jump in the air out of the explosion range if he was faster, doesnt necessary needs to dodge them all to survive it.

when they hit the ground and make an impact, it's an explosion. Dodging 1 bomb in a carpet bombing does not save you from the impacts/explosions of the hundreds of others around you.
