Original Kanji doesn’t say scratch but the idea is the same. I think Saitama said “hurt” instead of scratch according to translators but I can’t remember the exact translations.

Isn't the hyperspace are freaking small to be counted as low 2C or even 3A the best scale for Saitama for me is now either 4A, 3C or 3B not sure for 3B I think maybe the hyperspace feat will give some 4D thing like Saitama can interact with 4D or he can affect them I guess?
