Tatsumaki is one of the best S-Class in every regard. And fairly simp worthy. Still, there are numerous better simp options in OPM imo. Mizuki and Suiko being among the upper echelon of them.
Tats still better than Fubuki though. Not physical appearance wise, but in every other regard. Reminder: Fubuki assaulted and tried to murder an innocent B-Class Hero for not joining her group. And half of what she does in the manga is whine or keep trying to bring others into her group when they clearly are not interested. Tats is based.

Honestly, in the manga Tats isn't even that much of an asshole. Still disrespectful and arrogant (albeit I can't fully blame her for that), but compared to the WC version she's pretty nice, and she clearly takes into account the safety of others all the time.

The plot that tells us that Garou is only evil outside but he still human inside, we've already got this kinda plot, we've already know it, there's no point of showing it again,it just to late to make him beat all of the heroes after all that happened, even most of the heroes can no longer fight, there's no longer excitement at this point.
