I'd remove this part. It's not really liable to be accepted. And as a personal little nitpick, Sombra really hasn't shown anything putting him above Celestia.

I haven't read the comics. Was this the result of a specific spell, or was it passive?
I know there's anti-feats (see Discord) for the Mane 6 in this regard, but it would probably be fine for Celestia.

That's probably fine. Pegasi have to deal with storm clouds all the time, it would be strange for it to be a deadly affair, and outside of her appearance she seemed barely affected by this.

I’m fine with scaling the low 2-Cs with 2-C. There have been enough statements of them being comparable.
 
What are the conclusions here so far? The first post seems to make sense to me, but I don't know if there have been serious complaints afterwards.

The current 9-B+ calc for Equestria Girls needs to be replaced, since crushing coal into diamonds with pure AP isn't physically possible from the threads I've read about it, requiring a combination of heat and pressure.

That's roughly it after taking a quick breeze through the thread. Any other disagreements like the geodes being standard equipment were resolved tmk.

The Humane 6 stuff seems fine.

Not sure if Resistance to Mind Manipulation is a skill or just given by default if you're magical.

Not entirely sure on the 2-C stuff yet. If the site says we shouldn't backscale to Low 2-C, I suppose it's fine.

I'd say it's due to being magical. She resisted the invasion of her mind through magic power, and in another comic, she again attributes her ability to resist corruption to her sheer magical power (The corruption was mental in nature, making the wielder uncharacteristically more aggressive).

There's also Twilight's inability to undo King Sombra's mind control, yet again, attributing it to a matter of power difference between her magic and Sombra's as opposed to lacking the right skillset.

However, I would not say all magic users have this type of resistance. You need to be incredibly magically powerful to even get the resistance in the first place. Only the people who scale to tier 4 and 2 should be given it (Celestia's tiers basically).
