I've already said this before, Garou has fought people with more range than himself, and he was able to get close while dodging the attacks at the same time.

He hasn't against people who are equal his speed and have huge AOE

Which Garou's reactive power level makes up for. Also Overgrown Rover and Orochi had pretty big AoE.

You do realize that you don't need to be actively punching someone in the face to be "engaging in combat", right?
Hell, one of the examples mentioned on the reactive power level page is Arcueid. And she can literally get stronger than her opponent without even attacking them.
"Due to being part of the Counter Force, Arcueid receives power and support from the planet in order to increase her specs (such as strength, speed, and durability) to be slightly above her opponent's. When used on Earth or against an opponent that originates from Earth, she can activate it without any penalty or limitation."

Yeah but you just pointed out a single line on the ability page to claim that Garou won't increase his speed unless he's punching someone. I then responded by pointing out that the same page contradicts your point. Don't shift the goalposts.

It'd pretty much make him unkillable in this tournament, K.O. won't work either. Meaning only incap, BFR or surviving until he runs out of stamina would work.

We have people with Reactive Power Level and passive avatars in the tourney plus Hax one shot is not allowed i never said anywhere that having good Regen is not allowed in the rules.

Actually... I think when he gets hurt by the energy beams he would utilize his reactive power lvl and the energy beam doesn't have heat or an amp

If shock rocks Regen is higher than High-Mid he should be banned from this tournament. None of the people in this tournament can handle it. That'd be pretty biased ngl.

also if greenshifter got convinced I'm gonna assume this OPM expert was pretty persuasive, so I'm tossing an extra vote to Garou. I would still like to see the argument for dura neg that you got @Greenshifter
