I don’t think BS has necessarily seen Tatsumaki’s full strength, he’s just saying that they should treat King as a bigger threat than her at full strength.

I don't think Sun Blade Atomic should even get its own key since he can only do like 2 attacks before the thing wipes him out entirely.

It's kind of like the Kaioken in terms of a temporary power boost in exchange for a high toll on stamina, but much more immediately effective. Still a nice boost for Atomic, overall.

He launched dozens against HE and Black Sperm. It's more accurate to say he can only use it for a short time.
Honestly, I kind of don't care about it too much anymore (it's mostly just aesthetics), but treating it as Kaioken is wrong. It's possession.

I doubt that but AS still scales to him regardless. He may hold back in power but his durability should always be the same. I don't like AS scaling to GS at all, but unfortunate that's what happened.

He clashed with a not fully awakened Garou. He fought the webcomic equivalent of pre awakening Garou. Manga wise, that just puts him in High 7-A

It was, but he did after killing Golden Sperm. Golden Sperm in no way scales to Awakened Garou, and even a full powered Tatsumaki is stated to be able to beat GS, and peak Tats is weaker than AG
