After a quick overview he should be 4th H8-C as Anri passives kinda of screw him but Chowder gets completely stomped against Despair + Analysis + Luck.

Luck literally blocks Henry from doing anything too dangerous against him and he can just Mind mess him in various ways, which range from Social Influencing to straight up Mind/Madness hax to suicide. Plus he'd figure out the load ability thanks to Ultimate Analyst, and thus acting accordingly.

no? How TF is ultimate analyst analazing that he has a load ability without evidences and his memories being erased everytime henry loads. At best this is incon as incapaciting him would just trigger load

Time related stuff as seeing the future or predicting it from a glance from just analyzing the informations aren't new in Danganronpa, and given that he's basically a whole new level of usage of these powers, including his intelligence, how would exactly not figure out? Especially when Hajime already dealt with a situation that no one could logically accept in SDR2 (in the 1st key if you wonder).

Because it erases his memory per load? And also pretty sure that load is far beyond what time abilities dagaronpa has showed out and again why are you assuming he is going to assume that he has time ability instead of a far normal ability like precongition.

Again, he has literally Extraordinary Genius levels of analysis and precognition, do you really think he wouldn't read all Henry's possible moves and patterns and whenever he does something that wasn't expected he'll get some suspicion and gets to realize it? Plus you're completely forgetting that Hajime would eventually mind hax Henry once he gets out of options.

Yeah but you are assuming that he will assume that is time manipulation instead of precognition or abilities that allow you to know what the opponent isnt going to do, damn why would he assume the abilities he have is supernatural?
