Reason is simple: they're smurf only with Low 2-C RO, but otherwise they're not, and no one in such tiers can anything against their though based hax.

IIRC there was a match but it just kind of died out after a while (may have even been in the late 7-A tournament).
He should be able to counter her clone spam by using cognition based madness hax with his hound of tindalos, same way as Vandalieu bet her in the same tournament.

She is only 2-B with a weapon, don't think she qualifies, besides Venuzdona, she isn't that haxed too, meanwhile Rimuru has so many passives, i don't remember them all.
Since i am here, why is Marvel above AWLBA in Low 1-A? Is Beyonder not the strongest there, Ruphas or Alovenus, one of them defeated him a while back. But maybe there is somebody stronger from Marvel that i don't know about.
Edit: How is Rimuru even still in High 7-A, he got upgraded to 6-C a long time ago.
