As Yakou has already reached the seat to rule over all of creation (Shinrabanshō/森羅万象), this is strictly speaking not an ability. What this means is that he can perform any physical phenomena (物理現象) of the universe, the opposite of the ability to distort the laws of the world.

Although given the stuff that happened regarding him and how he was nearly forced to quit the wiki, whether you can use it or not is your choice.

Just saying it like that, but it would be better to give some context or info regarding what scene or verse a scan is from.

Since Qliphoth Bacikal left, there's not much dude who would translate on a rate similar to his, and not knowing much context and all kinda make translating something you don't really wanna do.

Just giving my two cents on it tho.
 
@Teezar Yeah I already used Google and it sounds kinda weird which is why I wanted somebody who knew Japanese to actually confirm what is written here.

@QuasiYuri Its a databook description for the Ultra Series. The character in question Delacion was essentially the main "antagonist" of the third and final Ultraman Cosmos movie. And this statement seems to mention something about her supposedly being the one that created Cosmos' universe and potentially the universe containing the Land of Light in Nebula M78. So if she did indeed potentially create both these universes she would be the true god tier of the series via being At least Low 2-C, possibly 2-C for at least creating one and potentially creating two universes.

Another translation I found said she only possibly created the M78 Universe which is why I wanted to see what it actually said without Google translate. Though from the looks of it it seem like I'm gonna need more than just that sentence translated for the full context.

He is telling the woman to wait as he doesn't want to hurt women and then says that his Busoshoku haki has been activated. (not enough context to provide an accurate translation)

Haven't watched One Piece in 5 years, so therefore my memory is very hazy.

Thank you so much for translating that part! If you need more context for a more accurate translation, what's going on is the woman tortured Sanji earlier in the chapter to try and force him to lure Nico Robin to her. Now she's about to do it again because Sanji refused to be her personal pet. That's why he tells her that he wouldn't want a woman to hurt her fist on his Armament Haki, so it's going soft. That's the reason why I requested this translation to see if his Busoshoku Haki was in fact activated.

She's saying that she doesn't hold back against women even if they are, I guess Devil Fruit user because it can also seem appropriate for this context in my honest opinion.
The literal meaning means fighter.
