Oh yeah, I've spotted something regarding the worlds that welt made in the labyrinth between the sea of quanta and real world
in one of the worlds, we see that the sky has a tiny amount of stars, but no galatic arms or anything. This should be consistent with the Moonlight Throne statements about the 1st and 2nd herrscher being able to create a microcosm.

The translation is correct, I've talked to some people on discord about it and double checked myself and based on context I'm pretty sure that it's a "she crushed all her possibilities across the multiverse into herself" situation due to previous statements from Schordinger stating that she is in a domain that no-one can achieve

There are no other scans showing the starry sky, so for me to use anything higher I'd have to find direct evidence that it isnt just low multi-solar in size. The only cloud we could see is the one slightly to the right in the center that was moving around in the game. So, yeah.

I'm thinking of something. If a quantum shadow being is abstract existence type 1, high manipulation of Honkai can control about quantum quantity like Seele and she also capable of summonig a quantum shadow and can control them, while it has been stated that the power of quanta can stablize information, Quantum shadow or even concepts and laws, and with sentient being they calls it from cognitive. Would this grant them conceptual manipulation? Like I said, Geto is fine to have it by such a statement.
