Oh, it is in episode 47, I think I misremembered.

Episodes 48 and 49 is the follow-up, with Tsukasa claiming there are each Rider in every world and the absence of a Kamen Rider in a world means the destruction of said world.

According to him, the deleted scans had missing information. So, he updated and reuploaded them with the names of the deleted pics. He tried asking permission to replace the files, but administrators told him that they can't do that because there is the danger of people vandalizing/replacing scans across the wiki.

I don't know if that is accurate. I actually have lots of issues with our current method to find force from feats like this, so I'm trying to play it safe for now.
